The episode starts with Ekam saying to Nehmat that Nehmat was blackmailed to leave him and vowing to kill Jasmine, who spoiled their life. Ekam expresses his frustration and breaks down into tears. Ekam asks Nehmat why she didn’t talk to him about Jasmine’s blackmail. Nehmat says that she was scared. Ekam also blames Harleen for their separation. Nehmat says that Harleen isn’t at fault. She reminds Ekam that she’s engaged to Sartaj. She says to Ekam that Harleen is a blessing in his life. Ekam refuses to accept Harleen.
Harleen cries and laments about Ekam, who is still in love with Nehmat. Harleen’s alter ego appears in the mirror and asks Harleen to forget Ekam, who will go back to Nehmat who returned into his life. She says that she also knows this, so she tried to commit suicide. She asks Harleen to leave Ekam’s life and his house. Harleen gets frustrated and is about to break the mirror. She stops realizing that she’s wearing the mangalsutra which has Nehmat-Ekam’s pictures.
Ekam says to Nehmat that Harleen doesn’t have any importance to him. He asks Nehmat if she doesn’t love him. Nehmat shouts no. On the other hand, Harleen breaks her mangalsutra and throws it. Harleen packs her bag. Naaz and Cherry arrive. Naaz mocks Harleen by saying that finally Harleen realized that she can’t be someone’s stepny. Harleen scolds her and asks her to get out. Naaz laughs at Harleen and leaves. Harleen is upset with Ekam’s acts. She walks away taking the bag.
Here, Ekam says to Nehmat that he is going to tell Harleen the truth. Nehmat stops Ekam. She tries to make Ekam understand that Harleen and he are married. He says that he can’t punish their families for Jasmine’s mistake. However, Ekam stays stubborn. Nehmat pleads with Ekam not to do so as Harleen loves him very much and she will die. Ekam asks her what about his love for Nehmat. Nehmat says that this is wrong. She runs from there. Ekam shouts that Nehmat can’t leave with him. He runs after Nehmat.
Sartaj stops Harleen from leaving the house. Harleen blames Sartaj for bringing back Nehmat, who is Ekam’s past. She refuses to stay in the house. Sartaj reminds her that Nehmat is his present. He tries to convince Harleen not to leave the house. He says to her that Harleen won’t be able to forget Ekam even after leaving the house. He says that Ekam is trying to move on, but it’s not easy for him to forget his past, so he keeps looking back to his past. He asks Harleen not to spoil his efforts by leaving the house.
Sartaj wonders where Nehmat is. He wonders how to tell Nehmat that she’s pregnant with Ekam’s child. Here, Ekam says to Nehmat that they can die together if they can’t live together. Ekam hits his head on the tree. Nehmat shouts, asking him to stop. Ekam says that Nehmat doesn’t want him to leave Harleen. He says that he has decided what to do. Nehmat holds Ekam’s hand, expecting that he will agree to move on with Harleen. Ekam shocks Nehmat by asking her to be in a love relationship with him if she wants him not to leave Harleen.
Nehmat refuses to betray Harleen. Ekam says that they were betrayed. He says that Nehmat is only his. Nehmat pushes Ekam away and reminds him that he is married and there’s no name for their relationship. Ekan laughs says that their relationship will be called love. Nehmat says that it will be called an illicit relationship. Ekam isn’t bother about what the society will say. He gives Nehmat to decide whether to accept his love or to see him leaving Harleen. He leaves. Ekam leaves. Nehmat shouts that this is wrong and she won’t let Ekam stain their love and become selfish.
The episode ends.
