Episode starts with Rano apologising to Aasman for being rude to her in the hospital. She asks her to forget everything and keep a fast for Armaan the next day since it’s her first Karva Chauth. Next morning, Rano gives Aasman a shagun for the ritual. Bebe praises Aasman and Armaan’s relationship. Armaan prays to Lord and decides not to lie to Aasman anymore. Aasman participates in the Karva Chauth ritual along with others. Sukhi brings Armaan home. Armaan sees Aasman’s eyes and feels her heartbreak. Suddenly Deepak arrives and Aasman becomes overwhelmed to see her. Deepak blesses Aasman and Armaan and says that he is very happy to see Aasman so happy in this house. Sukhi comes and greets Deepak. He praises Aasman. Armaan wonders how to talk to her.
Aasman gets ready but recalls Alia’s words that she heard in the hospital. She also recalls Rano’s words. Armaan arrives so Aasman asks what he was supposed to tell her. Armaan says that he just wanted to tell her that she must take care of her and that she is a very nice person. He asks her to do only that much for a person that he or she deserves. Armaan overhears about Deepak’s surgery and that he has only 50 percent chances of survival but keeps it a secret on his request.
Alia arrives at Armaan’s place so he asks Rano why she is here. He asks Alia to leave. Aasman says that she is the one who called her. Armaan wonders why she called Alia again. She apologises to Alia for last night. Kabir and Ekam also arrive and greet everyone. He says that Alia has kept a fast for him. Neetu says that Armaan has also kept a fast for Aasman. Alia says to herself that she will get her fast broken by Armaan only.
Aasman and Alia do the karva chauth ritual. Alia realises that Aasman must be sure about them and is just playing around. During the Karva Chauth ritual, Aasman suddenly falls unconscious. Armaan feeds him water. She says she is alright and just needs some rest. Alia takes her inside. Alia asks Aasman if she is okay. Aasman says that it’s good news and that she is pregnant. Alia chokes listening to this. Aasman brings some water for her. Aasman asks her if she is not happy hearing this. Alia says she is very happy for her. Alia asks her if she is completely sure. Aasman says that she is sure and has also sent the sample for a test and shall get the report by next day. Rano comes and calls Aasman to have some food. Aasman requests Alia to not tell Armaan anything about it. Alia worries and thinks about asking Aasman.
Deepak asks why no one informs him about Armaan’s accident. Armaan says that it’s no big deal. Kabir talks to Ekam about the guy in hoodie who attacked Armaan and also says that he thinks that the break fail must also be done by the same person. Armaan goes to the kitchen to get some juice for Deepak. Alia comes to the kitchen and asks what’s going on between him and Aasman. Alia asks him to tell the truth. Armaan wonders what to do now.
