The episode starts with Harleen coming out of the parlor. She receives Ekam’s call. She asks him why he asked her to take time in the parlor first, then he asks her to come fast. Ekam says that he wanted his wife to look pretty. He asks her to come fast before disconnecting the call. Harleen gets emotional realising the efforts that Ekam makes for her, hiding his pain. She wipes her tears and says that she should become strong for Ekam’s sake.

A lady approaches Harleen and throws flower petals at her. Harleen is surprised when the children present her roses. Harleen dances with the children. She understands that it’s Ekam’s surprise. Nehmat recalls her conversation with Harleen earlier and angrily dusts out the carpet. She feels dizziness and faints. On the other hand, Harleen is stopped by the police and is asked to show her license. Harleen searches for her license and takes it out of her purse. The officer offers a flower bouquet to Harleen, which surprises Harleen. She thinks that Ekam has become like her.

Nehmat gains consciousness and finds herself lying on the bed. She sees Sartaj and understands that he brought her. Sartaj asks Nehmat to have tea. Nehmat refuses. Sartaj asks her to drink as later she has to work in her Dhaba and take care of him. Nehmat asks where Nimmo is. Sartaj says that she is doing Nehmat’s work in the Dhaba. Sartaj says some shaayaris. Nehmat asks Sartaj to stop his rubbish. Sartaj refuses.

Harleen reaches home and finds the lights off and wonders why. Suddenly the lights turn on. Harleen is surprised to see the decorations and the balloons flying. Ekam and his and Harleen’s family sing the birthday song for Harleen and wish her on her birthday. Harleen gets overwhelmed by Ekam’s birthday surprise. She thanks them all. Ekam wishes Harleen a happy birthday by giving her a red rose.

Ekam says to Harleen there’s one more surprise for her. Ekam says to play music. He gives a dance performance. After that, Harleen dances to Hawa Hawai. Ekam and Harleen dance together to the song ude dil befikre. Sandhus dance with Harleen-Ekam. Cherry wonders where Balveer is, while Jasmine wonders why Naaz hasn’t come yet. On the other hand, Sartaj mocks Nehmat about eloping. Nehmat angrily answers him back. She says that Sartaj might have also betrayed his loved ones. Sartaj angrily closes his fist. He recalls a FB. Sartaj gives a flower to a girl. The girl crushes it with her leg. She mocks Sartaj about not being able to offer her costly gifts. She goes to a man and hugs him. The FB ends.

Sartaj expresses his hatred towards the love emotion. Nehmat recalls Ekam’s words about love and becomes teary eyes. Nehmat defends the love emotion. Harleen hugs Ekam, expressing her love for him. Ekam promises to always keep her happy. The family is happy to see this. Sartaj says that love is fake and he hates it. Nehmat says that there’s nothing without love. Sartaj asks Nehmat to shut up.

The episode ends.
