The episode starts with Naaz hugging Tejo, calling her aunt. Tejo looks on puzzled. Naaz says that her mom told her that she’s her aunt and she would come to take her. She adds that her mom also told her that Nehmat is her sister. She asks if Nehmat is standing outside the house. She goes outside the house to find Nehmat. Meanwhile, at the Virks’ house, Nehmat opens her room door. Fateh says that he uses punches to alleviate his anger. He gives Nehmat her boxing gloves and asks her to do the same. Nehmat angrily punches the panda toy. Fateh says to Nehmat that she’s exactly like her dad. Nehmat says that he is her father, as he said that they’re not her real parents.
Fateh says that he just told her that she wasn’t born from Tejo’s womb, but he didn’t say that she’s not their daughter. On the other hand, Tejo is shocked after learning that Naaz is Jasmine’s daughter and Jasmine has returned. Satti says that she just learned the truth. Rupy asks Tejo why she has come here. Tejo says that she has come to see Naaz’s mom. She further says that Jasmine told Nehmat that she wasn’t their real daughter. Rupy and Satti are shocked to hear this. Naaz comes back and asks Tejo if Nehmat hadn’t come along with her. There Fateh tells the story of Lord Krishna and Yashoda. He says that they’re thankful to Nehmat’s real parents who gave birth to her, else they wouldn’t be able to become parents. He says that God didn’t give Tejo a baby because he wanted Nehmat to come to Tejo.
Nehmat says that but the fact that she’s not her real daughter. Fateh says that the fact is that they chose each other. Here Naaz expresses her happiness to get Tejo as her aunt and feels blessed to have a big family, especially Nehmat as a sister. Tejo hugs Naaz. Naaz. There Fateh says to Nehmat that she gave happiness to them by entering their lives. He says that he and Tejo love Nehmat very much and they will die if she leaves them. Here Rupy gives Tejo Jasmine’s letter. Satti takes Naaz out on the pretext of playing.
Tejo reads Jasmine’s letter. In the letter, Jasmine apologizes to Rupy, Satti and Tejo for her mistakes. She doesn’t want Naaz to get punished for her mistakes. Jasmine wants a good life for Naaz and Naaz can’t get it till she’s with him, so she leaves Naaz and all. Jasmine requests Tejo to accept Naaz and take care of her. Tejo and Rupy look at Naaz, who is playing with Satti.
Tejo asks Rupy why Jasmine returned from Canada. Rupy says that she returned to be getting punished for her crimes. He tells about Jasmine getting tortured by Yash and his mom in Canada. Satti is shocked to learn that Jasmine ran away. Naaz asks why her mom hasn’t returned yet. She asks Rupy to call her. Rupy calls Jasmine. The latter is shown traveling on a bus. She rejects the call. She thinks that she should go away from Naaz so that she gets a good life and upbringing.
Tejo assures Naaz that Jasmine will return after completing her work. She says to Naaz to go to her grandparents’ house till that. Naaz gets excited about going to her grandparents’ and wishes to wear good dress to meet her family for the first time. Rupy calls Virat and asks him to go to the bus stand to find Jasmine. He tells him to not tell anyone in the house, especially Shelly, about this.
Virks are wondering who told the truth to Nehmat. Just then, Tejo comes back home and says that Jasmine told Nehmat the truth. Kushbeer says that, but Jasmine is in Canada. Tejo says that Jasmine returned from Canada and left again. She says that once again Jasmine ran away, leaving her daughter. Fateh asks which daughter she’s talking about. Tejo says that Naaz, Nehmat’s friend, is Jasmine’s daughter.
At the Sandhus’ house, Rupy and Satti take Naaz home. Satti welcomes Naaz home by performing her aarti. At the Virks, Gurpreet asks what Tejo means. Tejo wants to meet Nehmat first and goes to her room despite Fateh telling her that she’s sleeping. Tejo comes to Nehmat’s room and finds her sleeping. She gets emotional. She says that no matter what others say, she will be her mom. She hugs Nehmat crying and says that she will die if she doesn’t accept her as her mom. Fateh rests his head on the other side, next to Nehmat.
