The episode starts with Nehmat asking Tejo and Fateh about her biological parents. Tejo and Fateh become speechless. Nehmat says that Fateh and Tejo are her parents, but she wants to know about her real parents who left her. Fateh says to Nehmat that Amrik uncle is her father. Tejo says that her sister is her mom. Nehmat is happy to learn that her current grandparents are her real grandparents. Nehmat asks who her mother is then. Tejo says that Nehmat had already met her mother. Naaz’s mother, Jasmine, is her mother.
Nehmat asks if it means Naaz is her sister. Fateh says yes, but Naaz isn’t aware of this for now. Tejo says that God fulfilled Nehmat’s wish to have a sister and reminds her of her friendship bonding with Naaz. Nehmat says that Naaz can’t be her sister. She asks why she isn’t living with Jasmine when Naaz is living with her. Nehmat further says that she befriended Naaz as Tejo taught her to share things with her. Nehmat asks why Jasmine talked to her rudely instead of loving her like Tejo if she’s really her biological mother. Tejo says that Jasmine talked to her rudely as Nehmat is their daughter and she thought that they might get upset knowing this. Fateh says that Jasmine is aware they love her a lot, and she didn’t want to come between them.
Nehmat asks then why Jasmine didn’t tell her directly that she’s her mother and urged her to ask them. Fateh says that Nehmat will understand this after growing up and says that the fact is they love her very much and no one can come between them. Fateh tries to divert Nehmat’s attention by suggesting having kulfi. Nehmat says that she wants to meet Jasmine and to ask her why she abandoned her, why she doesn’t love her. Tejo and Fateh deny it. They say that Jasmine was helpless. She gave her to them because, being a single mother, she wasn’t able to bring her up. Meanwhile, Satti is expressing her disappointment about Jasmine abandoning Naaz like she abandoned Nehmat. Rupy consoles Satti and says that they reassure Naaz and should not show their pain in front of Naaz. He adds that they shouldn’t let Shelly hurt Naaz with her fake concern.
In the morning, Fateh and Tejo go to Nehmat’s room and adore sleeping Nehmat. They decide never to let Nehmat know the truth about her real identity. Just then, Tejo receives Rupy’s call. She comes out of the house to meet Rupy. She asks him to come inside. Rupy hands Tejo Jasmine’s letter. On the other hand, Naaz misses Jasmine and asks Satti about Jasmine. She asks Rupy to call Jasmine. Satti convinces Naaz that Jasmine will come and asks her to fresh up to have breakfast.
Tejo reads Jasmine’s letter and asks what the need for Jasmine to tell this truth to Rupy. She tells Rupy about Nehmat’s real father, who is a criminal, and says that Nehmat should never know this truth. Rupy agrees with her. Just then, Fateh arrives there. Tejo tells Rupy that Fateh is aware of Nehmat’s truth and tells Fateh that Rupy knows the truth, so she told him about Nehmat’s real dad. Fateh, Tejo and Rupy take oath that they will never tell this truth to Nehmat.
Nehmat is talking to her doll and wonders why Jasmine abandoned her when she kept Naaz with her. She gets determined to meet Jasmine and to ask why she left her. She cries hugging her doll. Tejo and Fateh see this. They are unable to see Nehmat in pain and wonder what to do. Just then, Satti phones Tejo. Tejo puts the call on the speaker. Satti says that Naaz is longing to see Nehmat. Tejo says that Nehmat also wants to see Jasmine. Fateh suggests taking Nehmat to Sandhus so that Nehmat and Naaz meet, talk and play. Tejo isn’t sure that it’s a good idea, as she seems not happy to learn that Naaz is her sister. Fateh says that they can be sure about this when Nehmat and Naaz come face to face.
Fateh and Tejo take Nehmat to the Sandhus. The family is happy to see Nehmat. Naaz comes running to Nehmat and happily hugs her. She expresses her joy at meeting Nehmat and says that they are sisters as Nehmat’s mom is her aunt. Naaz suggests going and playing in Jasmine’s room. But Nehmat doesn’t move. Fateh and Tejo convince Nehmat to play with Naaz.
Nehmat asks Naaz where her mom is. Naaz says that she has gone out for some work. She further says that they both can’t stay without each other. Nehmat thinks that Jasmine abandoned her as Naaz is her favorite daughter. Naaz tells how much Jasmine loves and care her. She wishes that she comes back soon and says that she misses her a lot. Nehmat says that she wants to go home. Naaz requests her to stay for some more time. She says that she can understand that Mallika is her best friend, but they are sisters, so their bonding is stronger than best friend bonding. Meanwhile, Tejo scolds Shelly when she comments about Nehmat and Naaz being sisters and asks her not to tell that to Naaz as she isn’t aware of that. Fateh expresses his worry about Jasmine’s departure to Naaz and Nehmat.
