The story Udaariyaan continues after twenty long years. Things have changed now and Harleen has moved to Canada but she still has contact with Aliya but secretly and has turned her against Nehmat.
At the beginning of the episode, Armaan and Alia are running away from Aasman. They dash into a chemical factory, where they unintentionally spill some chemicals. Due to the chemical release, they both begin to cough.
A security guard arrives as Aasman attempts to open the chemical factory’s shutter and warns him not to do so or he will contact the police. Aasman has the impression that someone is in the factory. The chemical caused the conditions of Alia and Armaan to deteriorate.
To get a friend to come to the chemical factory and save them, Armaan somehow sends a message. Aasman attempts to infiltrate the chemical factory once more after spotting an opening.
In really severe shape, Armaan and Alia are lying next to one another. A guard enters and orders her not to open the factory shutter and to leave just as Aasman tries to do so again. Armaan throws a rod under the shutter before it closes once more to let some air inside. While Armaan’s companion is waiting,
Aasman walks to her car and searches for her keys. Armaan uses all of his effort to attempt to open the shutter. They learn via Armaan’s acquaintance that Aasman has left. To take Alia to the hospital, Armaan requests him. While Aasman looks for Alia’s keys, he transports her to the hospital.
As Aasman beckons him, Armaan exits the chemical plant coughing. He cries out and stumbles onto Aasman’s automobile.He is placed in the car by Asmaan, who then drives him to the hospital. She asks the physician to admit him. Even though Asmaan is a hospital patient, Aliya’s cabin is where he is kept.
The Armaan family enters the medical facility. They grow agitated when they observe Armaan’s state. The physician assures them that he will keep them informed. Asmaan feels extremely anxious and begs the Almighty to save Armaan’s life.
Ekam also brings Aliya to the hospital at the same time. Aliya’s presence is confirmed for Asmaan. She makes connections between numerous occurrences and recognises their covert connections.
Assuming the relationship with Aliya, she sobs bitterly. She enters the cabin and pays him a visit. Later, she approaches Aliya and Armaan and inquires about their romance. She asks them what they were doing after bursting into a fit of rage.
