The episode starts with Nehmat finding Advait talking with someone and calling out to him. Advait is shocked to see Nehmat and scared that she overheard his conversation with Harleen. Nehmat asks Advait, with whom he is talking. Advait looks in front of him. He doesn’t find Harleen. He feels relieved that Nehmat didn’t hear anything. He tells a lie to Nehmat her and takes her inside. He turns his head around. He sees Harleen, who has come out of her hiding. She gestures to him and leaves.

Ekam cries, hugging Renuka. He apologizes to her and promises not to drink alcohol. He says that he doesn’t want to lose his mom too. Renuka asks Ekam to promise her that he will forget Nehmat and move on in his life. Ekam recalls Nehmat’s promise to never leave him and Shamaher’s announcement about Nehmat’s pregnancy.

Nehmat is on the terrace. She recalls seeing Ekam with Harleen and wonders whether Harleen really loves Ekam. She hopes that Harleen will help Ekam to move on in his life. Advait arrives there. He covers Nehmat with a shawl so that she doesn’t catch a cold. Nehmat asks Advait why he didn’t take any action against Ekam for raising his hands on him. Advait says that Ekam didn’t do it deliberately. He says that maybe he would have acted the same way in his place. He says that Ekam would also believe, like others, that she’s pregnant, so it’s not easy for him to accept it.

Ekam promises Renuka that he will try to move on in his life. Renuka asks Ekam to accept Harleen so that she and Mallika can start to live again. Mallika sees this. Meanwhile, Nehmat wonders how to carry on with her fake pregnancy, but she decides to do it for their family’s sake. Advait says that Nehmat is very strong. He asks Nehmat if they can go inside. Nehmat says that she wants to stay here for some more time. Here, Ekam promises to Renuka to try his best. Mallika watches this, tightening her fist. Here, Nehmat lights a paper lantern and lets it fly in the sky as a symbol to free Ekam from her love. She wishes that Ekam also finds his destination. There, Ekam cries, recalling his moments with Nehmat. But he decides to move on for his mom’s sake. He phones Harleen. Harleen is elated to receive a call from Ekam. She receives the call. But here Mallika snatches the phone from Ekam and disconnects it. Mallika reminds Ekam that Harleen is Jasmine’s daughter. Ekam says that he doesn’t care about it as he cares only about Renuka and his promise to her. Mallika asks him to do what he wants and leaves.

Harleen is furious that Ekam called her and then disconnected it. Ekam phones Harleen again and apologizes to her. Harleen asks whether he is sorry for disconnecting the call or for drinking and creating a scene in the restaurant. Ekam says for both. Ekam asks Harleen to meet him. Harleen is overjoyed to hear this. She asks Ekam if he will run away or react angrily again on seeing her. Ekam promises that he won’t. Renuka hears this and is happy. She prays to God for Ekam and Harleen to grow closer, as she believes that Harleen can bring happiness into Ekam’s life.

Sandhus visits the Kapoors to congratulate Ekam on her pregnancy. Rupy asks Shamsher where Nehmat is. Shamsher says that Nehmat has gone with Advait for the election campaign and they will soon return. Just then, Nehmat and Advait return. Nehmat stumbles and is about to fall. Advait holds her hand. Sandhus are happy to see this. Nehmat happily meets her family. Satti removes evil eyes from Nehmat and expresses her joy to hear about Nehmat’s pregnancy. Nehmat feels guilty for lying to her family and looks at Advait.

Lovely phones Nehmat and asks to get a doctor’s number from Naaz’s phone as she’s not well and she called Naaz, but she’s not answering her calls. Nehmat goes to Naaz’s room and hears the shower sound. She decides to send the doctor’s number to Lovely from Naaz’s phone. She sees the folder named betrayal Naaz’s phone and recognizes that she has already seen this before. She wonders what is in this folder. She opens it and is shocked to see the photos of herself with Advait. She is astonished to realize that Naaz had sent those photos to Nehmat. She recalls all the incidents that happened on the wedding day. Naaz arrives there and is shocked to see Nehmat holding her phone. Nehmat glares at Naaz and thinks that it’s enough now, she will expose her truth in front of everyone.
