The episode opens with a sudden tragedy as Tejas meets with a serious accident on the road. He is left badly injured, and the eyewitnesses immediately rush to help. They call an ambulance without delay and try their best to contact his family. Within minutes, Roshni arrives at the hospital, breathless and terrified after receiving the news.
At the same time, Sachin is still troubled by the insult his mother threw at him earlier. Despite everything he has done for the family, she refuses to accept any help from him. Sayali consoles him, reminding him that one day his mother will surely recognize his sacrifices and change her perspective. In the midst of this emotional turmoil, Renuka receives a call from Roshni informing her about Tejas’s accident. Shock spreads through the entire Deshmukh family. Renuka is unable to accept the reality that her beloved son is suffering once again. Paresh and his family rush to the hospital, and seeing Tejas’s condition leaves them even more shaken. Meanwhile, Renuka and Roshni, overwhelmed with anxiety, can barely speak. Paresh also struggles under the emotional strain. After some time, the doctor appears and reassures the family that Tejas is now out of danger. Thankfully, no glass particles have entered his eyes, which brings immense relief. The family then proceeds to Tejas’s cabin. Seeing them, Tejas finally expresses his pain and fear, confessing that he worries he may have lost his eyesight. Roshni holds his hand and comforts him gently, assuring him that nothing will happen to his eyes. One by one, every family member encourages him, trying to lift his spirits. Sayali advises Roshni to stay strong and patient.
Afterward, Sayali and Sachin step out of the cabin. Sayali decides to visit the temple to pray for Tejas’s complete recovery. At this moment, a police officer arrives at the hospital to question Tejas, as his reckless running had injured multiple people before the accident took place.
The police enter the cabin and begin their interrogation. They ask Tejas why he was running so frantically on the road. Tejas finally reveals the truth: he had been chasing Ajay, a scammer who had tricked him. Tejas had run after his car in desperation but failed to note the car number. The police assure him that they will check the CCTV footage to identify the vehicle. Sachin becomes furious and scolds Tejas harshly for acting recklessly. Soon the family is asked to wait outside the cabin as the investigation continues.
