The episode opens with Sachin being urgently asked by the hospital staff to clear the operation charges for Tejas. Without payment, the surgery cannot proceed, which puts Sachin under tremendous pressure. The amount is far beyond what he can immediately arrange, leaving him anxious and unsure of how the family will gather such a large sum in such a short time. After discussing among themselves, the family begins arranging money by borrowing from people they know. Their conversation is overheard by Renuka and Roshni, who are shocked to see Sachin struggling so much. Roshni quickly steps forward, determined to help in any way she can. In her desperation, she decides she will sell her mangalsutra, but Renuka becomes furious. She refuses to let Roshni even think about giving up such a sacred symbol and insists that she find another solution.
At this moment, Paresh notices the family’s helplessness. Understanding Sachin’s burden, he quietly offers fifteen thousand rupees to lighten the load. Shayari, too, comes forward and contributes her savings, which she had set aside for the expansion of her business. With everyone joining hands, the family finally manages to gather the required amount.
Later, Roshni enters Tejas’s cabin to feed him. Tejas becomes intensely emotional, overwhelmed by fear of the upcoming surgery. The possibility of losing his eyesight forever terrifies him. Roshni tries to soothe him, assuring him that nothing bad will happen. She even promises that if the situation comes to donating an eye, she would willingly give hers. Her dedication and tenderness move Tejas deeply. Even as she looks after him lovingly, Roshni silently battles her own guilt for the times she had spoken harshly to him.
Back at home, Renuka is unable to concentrate on anything because of her worry. Sachin and Paresh gently reassure her, reminding her that everything will return to normal soon. Sachin and Sayali later arrive at the hospital to check on Tejas. Sayali, however, is silently anxious about Sachin’s reckless driving habits, especially after witnessing so many emergencies around her. Sachin, on the other hand, is preoccupied with the harsh truth of their finances—he has nothing left after arranging the operation fees. Sayali tries to lighten his mood and encourages him to stay focused on the family rather than the difficulties.
Meanwhile, Riya returns home feeling miserable for not being with the family during such a crucial moment. Akash consoles her, assuring her that things will gradually improve. The next day, everyone gathers at the nursing home as the nurse prepares to remove the bandages from Tejas’s eyes. The entire family prays silently for a positive outcome. Sachin and Sayali especially believe that something good will happen because of Paresh’s good deeds and pure heart.
Finally, the moment arrives. The bandages are removed, and Tejas slowly opens his eyes. Relief floods the room as he confirms that he can see again. Joy spreads throughout the Deshmukh family as they realize the danger has passed. Roshni steps out to share the good news, and everyone is overwhelmed with gratitude.
Roshni then warmly thanks Sayali for the unwavering support and love the family has shown throughout the ordeal. Later, Sachin brings Tejas home in his car, and the family returns together with renewed happiness and unity.
