Episode starts with Asmaan calling Armaan and saying she is at the City Hospital to find the records so he must also join her. Before she visits the record room, Rano calls a staff member and asks her to remove all history related to Rannvijay from the hospital . one of the staff is seen tearing off some pages from the 1994 file and putting it in the dustbin. Aasman enters the record room and finds the file. She realises that some pages are torn so she checks the dustbin. She gets the torn documents. Armaan arrives at the hospital.
Aasman tells Armaan that RV was born on Aug 5th 1994 and is not Rano’s son. They couldn’t see the mother’s name since it’s an old document and the name got erased with time. They check the mother’s file and find two names who gave birth to sons on that particular day at this hospital. They first go back home and think of talking to Rano about this and ask her what she is hiding. Aasman asks Armaan to not pressurise Rano since she is already stressed. As they proceed towards Rano’s room they see Hobby apologising to Rano for something. They understand that it is Hobby for whom Rano’s lying and hiding something.
Aasman suggests they visit Ekam for more info since he has known the Gill’s since long. Ekam says that once Hobby was arrested for abducting some girl. He doesn’t remember the name so when Aasmaan takes the names Rajyo and Manpreet, he says it must have been Rajyo. So they decide to visit those women to find out RV’s real mother’s name and why Rano is hiding everything.
They visit Rajyo Kaur’s place first. They call her downstairs to have a chat and ask her if she knows Hobby. Armaan says Hobby is his uncle and they know about his affair. Balvinder comes down screaming and asking what they are here for. Rajyo says she did have an affair with Hobby but then she came back and married Balvinder’s father. She chases Armaan and Aasman out of their house with a broom.
Next they visit Manpreet’s house and get to know that she died two years back. They see a photo of her hung on the wall. Seeing the neckpiece she is wearing, Aasman looks distracted. She feels like she has seen this somewhere. After coming back home, she apologises to Rano and seeks forgiveness. Then she asks for her jewellery to take them to polish. She sees Rano taking out the same piece of jewellery that she saw in the photo. Suddenly Armaan comes running and tells Aasmaan they need to hurry up and visit the hospital since RV met with an accident.
