The episode starts with Sayali who discovered the disheartening truth of Manjiri – who is always beaten by her husband. Manjiri’s husband ruthlessly beats her if she fails to steal anything from Sayali’s house. Manjiri also fails to take any bold step against the domestic violence.
Sayali protests and lashes out Manjiri’s husband for his tyranny. Sayali also takes Manjiri with her and they sit together in a street shop. Manjiri feels extremely guilt to break the trust of Sayali again. She explains how her husband started taking alcohol after losing the job. He also manipulated his wife to steal expensive things since she has agreed to work for less money. Manjiri sits on her knees and apologies to Sayali. Sayali totally understands that Manjiri was trapped in a difficult situation and forgives her.
Manjiri again wants to return to her husband’s house but Sayali doesn’t let her to do so. She decides to bring Manjiri with her. When finally Sayali arrives with her, Tejas and his family immediately start interrogating Manjiri about the stolen watch. Sayali describes the entire situation shortly and shows the injury of Manjiri to prove her words. Sayali announces she wants to keep Manjiri in their house but she is not supported by any single member of the family. Even Sachin also doesn’t think it will not be a right decision to let her stay in their house. Manjiri doens’t want to return to her hell like in law’s house.
Renuka strictly forbids Sayali to keep Manjiri in their house. She fears her husband can create a scene over there. Roshni and Tejas also force her to withdraw her decision. Sayali again and again says Manjiri’s husband was making her do all this. It’s not easy to get hit by her husband and accept it infront of everyone. But Renuka doesn’t want to take any risk and asks Sayali to hand her husband over to the police. Manjiri scares of visiting to police station.
Sayali is requested to think practically, otherwise it will cause a danger in their house. No one gives any importance to the decision of Sayali. Being outrageous, Sayali decides to leave the house with Manjiri. To solve the issue, Paresh intervenes and announces Manjiri will stay in their house from that day. Sachin also supports the decision of his father.
Manjiri is given some ointment on the injury by Sayali. Manjiri shares her disheartened stories to Sayali – how her husband started beating her ruthlessly and she also started tolerating the torments. Sayali motivates Manjiri to fight against this domestic violence – she will have to take the stand for her own self respect. It’s better to think about herself first.
