The episode starts with Renuka secretly taking Sayali’s jewellery to hand over to Tejas without Sayali’s knowledge. As she leaves the house, Paresh questions her about the handbag, but Renuka cleverly dodges the query with an excuse. She successfully meets Tejas and hands over the jewellery, instructing him to sell them at an unknown shop to avoid any complications. Tejas quickly disappears with the jewellery.
Meanwhile, Sayali and Sachin plan to cook fish at home. Sachin expresses his wish to enjoy drinks with his friends. While he argues it’s only an occasional habit, Sayali sternly reminds him of a previous incident when he returned home intoxicated. She warns that such behavior won’t be tolerated again.
Renuka, satisfied with how her plan is unfolding, feels relieved that no one has caught on. However, upon returning to the kitchen, she notices an identical handbag and realizes the bags were switched. Shocked, she discovers that Tejas mistakenly took the fish instead of the jewellery. Panicking, she falsely blames Sayali for the confusion, claiming that a collision between them caused the mix-up.
When Paresh and Sayali request to check the bag, Renuka avoids showing it. Sachin also offers to deliver the bag to Tejas, but Renuka’s odd behavior raises suspicions. Just then, Tejas returns, embarrassed after realizing at the gold shop that he had brought fish instead of gold.
Tejas then takes the correct bag and returns to the shop, where he demands Rs. 4 lakhs for the jewellery. The shopkeeper, however, refuses to offer that amount for mortgaging and suggests selling the pieces instead. In a desperate move, Tejas sells all the jewellery without informing either Renuka or Sachin.
Back home, Roshni is thrilled to hear that Tejas earned Rs. 1 lakh in a single day. Tejas gives her the money to keep up the act, and she joyfully goes to show it off at the dinner table. However, Tejas and Renuka are visibly uneasy, and Sachin starts sensing that something is wrong.
