Episode starts with Sachin becomes very to know the critical condition of Paresh who has recently gone through a massive heart attack. He is admitted in the hospital and the doctor couldn’t say anything confirmly since his heart is not getting the adequate blood. After doing some tests, the doctor could find out the exact problem. Sachin and his entire family becomes very tensed whe doctor fails to figure out the exact problem. Renuka breaks down in tears and blames Sachin for everything. Sachin hopes that his father will be fine within a day. Roshni and Tejas pacify the anger of Renuka and ask her to have the food.
In the house of Shobha, she requests her daughter to talk with her husband but Sayali doesn’t want to keep any contact with Sachin. Even in the last night, he didn’t come to the door to meet her for once. Out of anger, Sayali decides not to return to her in laws house until Sachin will request her to do so. Shobha fears of their permanent separation. But Sayali keeps herself stick in the decision. Juhi suggests her elder sister to start a work until she returns home. She contacts various decorators and keeps thinking of starting the work afresh.
In the midst of the street, Sayali is informed about the critical condition of Paresh, who is admitted in the hospital. She becomes thunderstrucked hearing this news and heads out to the hospital. He pants as she waited for the doctor. Renuka, on the other hand, feels heavy for her bad behavior. Tejas comes to him and asks him to eat something but his mental condition not in a state to have food. She recalls how he used to take care of Renuka when she used to fall sick. She says she won’t return home alone.
Sayalo comes into the hospital to meet Paresh for once. She gets the cabin number from the receptionist. Following the instruction, Sayali comes near the cabin of Paresh but as soon as she appears in front of Renuka, they all start blaming Sayali for the critical condition of Sachin. They think Sayali’s mistakes has instigated the poor health of Paresh. Sayali gets upset being accused. She reminds how she used to take care of her father in law, she would help Paresh in his every work. Renuka continues her blame game with Sayali. Tejas and his wife also join with her.
Sayali is insisted to leave the place but she wanted to see the face of Paresh for once. She becomes devasted when she is forcefully ousted from the cabin. After few minutes, Sachin comes there after meeting the doctor. He doesn’t get the information that Sayali came to visit Paresh
