The episode starts with the confrontation of Sayali to Sachin. Sayali doubts that Sachin has sold out the golden chain to get the money to celebrate the party. Sachin doesn’t want to say the reason behind selling the golden chain but Sayali insists him to say the truth. Giving a false excuse he hides himself in the bathroom.
In the next morning, Shakuntala calls Renuka that she has got the information of a great family, with whom Renuka could continue about the marriage proposal of Tejas. Shakuntala describes the affluency of that family which excites Renuka and immediately gets agreed to talk with that family. Renuka gets relieved when she thinks that she has got a grand chance to build up the career of Tejas.
Renuka instructs Sayali to clean up the whole house since the family of the daughter will come in the same day. Renuka informs the news to his husband but Paresh doesn’t show any excitement. Paresh forbids his wife to prepone the marriage of Tejas but she doesn’t want to listen any suggestion of Paresh. After a while, Tejas is informed that his mother has been finding a suitable girl for him and the news makes him totally surprised. Paresh again reminds Renuka that Tejas doesn’t on a single penny, but in spite of not having any institutional degree Sachin is more responsible then Tejas. Tejas doesn’t want to proceed with this proposal but he is insisted to get ready. Her mother manipulates him to get agreed.
The friends of Sachin feels upset for Sayali since she left the party without saying anything. Sachin asks the help from his friends about the golden chain. He couldn’t understand how he will bring that chain within few days. Meanwhile Paresh comes to to talk with him. He suggests him to leave the alcohol so that they could live a happy marriage life. Sachin tries to avoid the words of his father.
On the other hand, Rashni feels dreamy after meeting Tejas. Her roommate understands that something unusual has happened with Rashni. She accepts that she has started liking Tejas, her roommate gets surprised to think how Tejas has winned her mind within few days. She asks Rashni whether Tejas knows about past life of Rashmi. But she doesn’t want to expose her own past life to Tejas.
The whole family gets prepared for Tejas’s marriage proposal. When Renuka comes outside to welcome those people the driver informs him that they wouldn’t come.

Precap: Sayali will be confirmed that Sachin has already sold out that golden chain. She will confront her husband to know about the matter in details. Sachin will accept the fact but he will also say that he didn’t missuse the money.
