Episode starts with Sayali who secretly come into the hospital to meet Paresh for once. When no one was there, Sayali goes near the cabin and meet the friend of Paresh. She requests him to let her meet for once at least. On the request of Sayali, he gives his permission. Entering into the cabin, Sayali breaks down in tears seeing the horrible condition of Paresh. She prays to the almighty to take care of Paresh. She touches the Paresh with the auspicious flower and prays for him. Suddenly she is informed that other family members have arrived in the hospital, Sayali decides leave the place immediately. Coming into the cabinet Renuka also gives a tilak on the forehead of Paresh. She wants the quick recuperation of Paresh.
Coming into the hotel, Akash breaks down in tears being rejected by his entire family. He can’t imagine that he couldn’t see his father for once. Seeing his poor face, Riya understands that there’s something wrong in the behaviour of Akash. As soon as she keeps her hand of her husband, his heart gets melted. Riya expresses her love for her husband who has been enduring a lot to establish their love.
After few hours finally Paresh gets back his sense and sees Renuka who is sitting beside him. He fathoms the pain of his family. Sachin also calmly sits down beside his father and keeps his hand on his chest. Sachin expresses his fear when Paresh got admitted in the hospital. He prayed to the almighty to take care of his father. He didn’t even imagine that Paresh could go through all these difficulties. Sachin also apologizes to his father for making chaos in the house. Paresh asks Renuka about Roshni and Tejas who are gone to have their tiffin.When Paresh mentions the name of Sayali he gets emotional.
Sachin brings the food for Renuka who gets surprised to see the gentle behaviour of her son. At first she hesitates to take the food but Sachin insists her to take the tiffin. Sachin seems very happy to see the bonding between Sachin and his mother.
After few hours, Sachin and his father return home. Paresh is warmly and respectfully welcome in the house. Sachin is asked about his car. Sachin intentionally avoids the topic and says it will take time to repair the car.

Precap : Sachin will force Sayali to go with him to his home but Sayali doesn’t want to return home since she was ousted by Sachin himself.
