The episode starts with Sayali proposing the idea of hiring a house help so she can get some time for herself and manage her responsibilities better. Sachin agrees, seeing this as a practical solution that could ease Sayali’s workload at home.
The following day, Sayali visits her maternal home and opens up to her mother, Shobha, about the challenges she faces in managing everything alone. While there, her sister Juhi informs her about a new opportunity — a flower decoration contract at the hospital where Sayali works. Sayali accepts the opportunity with gratitude.
Later, upon returning home, Sayali apologizes to Sachin for attending Dilip’s birthday without informing him, acknowledging her mistake. Sachin, too, apologizes for his harsh behavior during that time. Their heartfelt apologies bring a sense of reconciliation. Feeling joyful, Sachin starts dancing, just as Renuka arrives to refill her water bottle and witnesses the moment.
The next day, Sayali and Juhi head to the hospital to discuss the flower decoration contract. There, they unexpectedly spot Roshni, whose unusual behavior raises Juhi’s suspicions. Sayali, however, hesitates to inquire further, recalling how she was previously insulted for interfering in Roshni’s personal affairs. Determined to uncover the truth, Juhi quietly approaches the hospital reception and finds out that Roshni is attempting to conceive again.
This revelation shocks both Juhi and Sayali. Sayali, however, decides to keep the information confidential for the time being and refrains from sharing it with others.
Meanwhile, another situation unfolds involving Sachin. While driving his car, he encounters a pregnant woman experiencing intense labor pain. Unfortunately, his car gets trapped in a traffic jam, leaving him with no immediate solution. Realizing the urgency, Sachin takes charge of the situation. He covers the car with bed sheets for privacy and gathers a few women from the crowd to assist in the delivery. Thanks to Sachin’s quick thinking and leadership, the woman successfully gives birth inside the car.
Back at home, Sayali is still disturbed by Juhi’s revelation about Roshni. She feels a strong urge to tell Sachin about it but chooses to remain silent for now.
Later that day, Tejas returns home in high spirits. He shares that a renowned company has placed an order for 15 televisions from their showroom, marking it as one of the best business days for him. Everyone celebrates this good news. However, Renuka continues to fixate on Roshni’s journey toward becoming pregnant again, eagerly anticipating the day it becomes reality.
Sachin receives heartfelt appreciation from the people who helped during the childbirth. They thank him for his bravery and even honor him by placing a garland around his neck in gratitude.
Despite the positive moments happening around her, Sayali remains distracted. Her mind keeps drifting back to Juhi’s words about Roshni’s pregnancy. She finds it difficult to stay focused on her tasks, burdened by the secret she’s holding.
