The episode starts with the conversation between Sayali and her mother. Sayali notices an unusual behaviour in her mother and insists her to tell but Shobha doesn’t utter anything about Renuka. Shobha feels very disturbed in herself and hides everything. But Sayali something odd in her mother’s face.
Getting the check after the retirement Paresh gets excited and gives the check to Renuka. She asks him to handover this to Tejas. Coming into the room of Tejas, Paresh gives the check of 27 lacks to his elder son so that he could start up his business. Getting the check Tejas gets overwhelmed and runs to the flat of his girlfriend. His girlfriend also becomes excited to see the check and plans to snatch the whole money from Tejas. After leaving of Tejas, Isha and her girlfriend talk about their next plan.
In the night, Paresh gives Sachin a instruction to bring his grandmother from the village. Sachin hastily leaves the house. Tejas asks his father handover all the money in his own bank account but Paresh asks him to wait. After few minutes, Shobha comes into the house of Renuka to handover the fifty thousand rupees to her. Renuka gets relieved to get the money. She thinks that Shobha is the owner of huge money.
But after leaving of Shobha, Tejas takes all the money from his mother and keeps it to his own.
On the other hand, Shudhakar comes to know that Sayali is going to marry someone else. He gets burst out in anger. He couldn’t able to believe that someone else would marry Sayali and gets ready to take the revenge. He also plans to kill Sachin who beated like a dog. His other gang also motivates him to take the revenge.
In the night, Shobha sits down to make a list of the arrangements. Suddenly she gets emotional when her husband’s name flashes in her mind. Taking the sharee which was gifted by her husband she handovers it to Sayali and asks her wear on the day of her wedding. Sayali promises that she wouldn’t disobey the words of her mother.
