Episode starts with Renuka challenging Sachin that she will throw the money in his face within four days. She asks Roshni to ask for help from her parents in dubai. Sachin says these are all flop story and Renuka will not be able to do that. Renuka leaves the place and Paresh says they should wait for Renuka’s final action.
In the night Sachin and Sayali discuss that they will work on their respective businesses and make it bigger. Sayali shares she have a dream to open a flower store of her own but she will do that on her own. Sachin’s respect for his wife increases a lot. Renuka listens Sachin and Sayali talking that Roshni’s is also a fraud and she had made a false story about her father in Dubai. Renuka decides to talk to Roshni next morning.
In the morning Renuka puts pressure on Roshni to talk to her father in dubai. Renuka asks her to do her that favour. Roshni gets nervous, she says she will manage something. Renuka insists her to do it faster.
Sayali talks to her male customers and Sachin reminds her that the world is full of fraud men. Sayali says men and women both can be fraud it is not gender specific. Renuka and Roshni come out of their room and Sachin makes fun of them. Renuka insists Roshni to talk to her father as soon as possible.
In the parlour that stranger calls Roshni and threatens her that he will expose her truth. Roshni is already in problem now he asks to pay him fifty thousand rupees every month to keep her secrete safe. Roshni takes a decision to sell eighty percent share of her parlour. She gets emotional that her dream have come to an end. Her friend tries to calm her down.
On the way Roshni sees Sayali. Roshni accuses Sayali for following her. But Sayali helps her getting her bag that had fallen from her hand unknowingly. But Roshni keeps blaming Sayali for her situation while her friend remind her they should hurry to the loan giver.
Roshni sells her parlour and gets a handsome amout. The loan giver is Chitti. Roshni and her friend take five lacks loan from him. He reminds them to pay the interest on time and they leave. Rsohni finally manages to gather the money she needs. Dilip comes to Chitti and discloses their identity. Chitti gets very excited and plans that they will expose Roshni taking loan from him very dramatically. Dilip promises himself that he will take the revange of his insult. Chitti says once Roshni fails to pay the interest they will directly go to Deshmukh house to expose Roshni.
In the night Sayali calls her sister and Juhi reminds her that she should spend her birthday with Sachin.

Precap : Sachin takes Sayali to a sea beach to spend her birthday. They look happy with each other. Sachin tie a jwellary on Sayali’s feet and they cut the cake. But suddenly Sayali gets a call from her work place and Sachin gets angry for disturbing their quality times and leaves. Sayali looks helpless.
