The episode starts with Renuka who gives Sachin a two gold bangles to sell so that they could arrange the money for the treatment of Paresh. Tejas and Roshni also get ready to give their belongings to Sachin but Sachin doesn’t take anything from them. He says he has already sold his car and goes to arrange the money. After few minutes, Akash arrives in the hospital to see Paresh for once but no one allows him to enter into the cabin. Sachin also gets very angry to see Akash in the hospital and asks him to leave immediately.
Akash begs his family members to allow him to visit Paresh for once but any of his family members can’t accept the presence of him. They think that Paresh has been enduring all these pain because today Akash. Sachin again proceeds to raise his hand on Akash and says he could never forgive him. But Tejas says him to keep the patience. Being blamed by everyone, Akash feels helpless. He also wants to contribute some money for the treatment of Paresh but Sachin doesn’t even want his shadow upon Paresh.
The entire Deshmukh family goes against Akash and requests him to go away from there. Renuka begs Akash to leave the place. Standing behind a wall, Sayali notices everything and feels bad for Akash. She didn’t know about the operation. Now Sayali can’t understand how she will get enter into the cabin to give the auspicious thread to Paresh. Akash finally leaves the place but he gets hurt with the behaviour of his own family. Sachin goes to buy the medicine, meanwhile Renuka and Roshni go to the temple to pray for Paresh.
Coming in the temple, Renuka breaks down in tears realising her own mistakes. She used to misbehave with him, didn’t even understand his pain. Roshni tries to pacify her. Sayali also comes there and overhears their conversation. Renuka still blames Sayali for the poor health of Paresh. She understands that Sachin will not forgive her also since he is not allowing Akash in their family anymore.
After few hours, the operation gets done. The doctor assures that there is no danger of losing his life. Everyone gets relaxed to hear the affirmation. Sayali still can’t enter into the cabin for once to give the thread to Paresh. When Paresh is again transferred to the cabin, Sachin and Tejas visit him.

Precap : Sachin will force Sayali to go with him to his home but Sayali doesn’t want to return home since she was ousted by Sachin himself.
