The episode starts with Kairi telling Biscuit a wife can’t leave her husband alone and if the whole world is against her then she doesn’t bother. Biscuit and Imarti tell Kairi to go and leave them alone.
Yug explains the whole story of Maeri to his brothers and they ask him about their parents. Yug remembers about the Chacha ji and he is unable to answer them. Suddenly they hear that Maeri doesn’t want to go asylum and Kairi comes to Dave but Maeri pushes back Kairi. Yug tells the asylum staff to leave his Maeri and Maeri refuses to accept her son. The asylum staff asks Yug to prove Maeri is his mother and they decide to take Maeri. Yug tries to stop Maeri and Maeri tells Yug her memory is back now she will take her revenge. Yug tries to convince Maeri but she doesn’t listen to him and Yug falls on the road. Kairi tries to console Yug but Yug tells her that Maeri remembers everything. Yug admits Kairi that he has killed Lata and Kairi doesn’t want to listen to him. Yug tells Kairi he is the culprit of Maeri and he will surrender to the police. Kairi stops Yug and asks him where Lata’s body is. Kairi tells Yug he believes that Lata is alive and Yug tells Kairi he will follow the law. Yug decides to surrender and he will not stop. Just then a call comes and Yug runs away to the hospital.
Yug arrives at the hospital and he learns that Maeri needs brain surgery. Yug tells the doctor to go ahead and Kairi goes to see her.
Kairi hopes that Maeri will be fine and she will remember her. Kairi tries to enter the ward but the nurse stops her and Kairi tells the nurse she is Maeri’s daughter. The nurse tells Kairi that a girl was telling her she is Maeri’s daughter and tries to enter the ward but she stops her. The girl starts arguing with the nurse and her clothes get torn. Kairi asks the colour of the clothes and Kairi follows her but she disappears. Kairi returns to see Maeri and she is getting operated on. Kairi wants to take Yug’s pain because she knows he is very kind hearted and Kairi goes to console him. Kairi tells Yug not to get afraid and nothing will happen to Maeri. Yug tells Kairi the operation has started and he wants his Maeri to get fine. Kairi assures Yug that everything will be fine and she asks him to calm down. Yug tries to hide his pain but Kairi tells him she can understand his feelings and how he loves Maeri. Kairi thinks about the girl who was trying to meet Maeri and the girl who comes to the jewellery shop. Kairi thinks that Lata is alive and she calls the Shop to get the information. The shop owner gives the address to Kairi because he trusts her.
The doctor tells Yug the surgery is successful and soon she will be fine. Yug remembers the ultimatum of Maeri and warning him. Kairi learns that Maeri is fine and she is taking rest. Kairi gets the address and the name of the lady is Sneh Lata.
Shalini is taking Aliya forcefully but she refuses to go with her and Shalini tells her she won’t let her stay with the murderer. Shaurya tries to request Shalini and she tells Shaurya everything is fake in this house. Shalini calls the relationship fake and Yug tells Shalini she is saying wrong. Yug tells Shalini not to punish Shaurya and not break the alliance. Shalini tells Yug if she doesn’t break the alliance then later their relationship will get broken one day because of the taunting of the society. Yug tells Shalini he is ready to surrender to the police.
