Episode starts with, Yuvika entering the city hospital in a different look so that people don’t identify her easily. She enters the hospital to find the truth that Faiman was trying to tell her. She enters the record room and bribes a ward boy to give her the details of Neil. He takes the money and says he will be back in a while. Shalini is seen sitting alone and recalling the past moments. She says that she loved him alot but he always prioritised Bhoomi and loved him. This is the reason she created a misunderstanding between Bhoomi and Prem to separate them. She was also successful in it. She has to convince so many people and propose to him for the marriage but she never thought that Prem would leave her just for one phone call from Bhoomi. He didn’t even think about her for once.
The ward boy goes to another one and says that Yuvika Mahajan has arrived to fetch information about Neil. He asks what they are supposed to do now. So the other says he would call Rajan Sir now. Bhoomi finds Isha sleeping in her room sitting on the floor and things spread here and there. She feels devastated seeing Isha since she is in a very bad state. She wonders when this rivalry will end and how many lives would be destroyed in this. She feels worried about Isha. Dj thinks of increasing the rivalry between the Talwars and the Mahajans. Rajan Mudaliar asks the ward boy to scare Yuvika so much that she moves from their way or else they would have to kill her.
Dj comes to Bhanu Pratap to know the cause behind the rivalry between the Mahajans and Talwars. Bhanu says that this started when Shalini was left alone at the marriage hall by Prem on the day of their marriage. Dj asks Bhanu to share every detail about this issue with him but he says that there’s no point in digging in the past. Yuvika hears the ward boy’s speaking to Mudaliar. She grabs a paper from the record book and tries to flee from there but those boys block her from both directions.
Akshat comes to his brother Yash to know about the plan of his mother since she has arranged an educational course for him in abroad. Though it doesn’t want to go London, but he will obey the words of his elders if they will decide this plan for him. Yash suggests Akshat to seek apology to Isha so that they can continue there research about the old rival history. Akshat becomes suspicious when he learns that Yash is interested to know the history about Mahajan family. Yash fails to express that he is already in love with Yuvika. He keeps it a secret.
Yuvika till cannot understand why those people are following to kill her. Suddenly a nurse drags her inside the cabin room so that Yuvika will be safe there. Yuvika doesn’t understand the reason behind her action. After leaving those strangers, Yuvika asks that nurse why she is trying to save her life. The nurse confesses that she was on her duty when Neil was brought to this hospital. Yuvika interrogates the nurse about that day, she also adjoins why Neel’s body was not fully intact when he was brought out of this hospital. She pressurises the nurse to tell out the incident of the day when Neil died. She tells everything to Yuvika.
Yash comes to Vidur who has been waiting for Yuvika. He wants to talk with Vidur about Neil. Vidur is surprised to hear his son’s name from the mouth of Yash. Being nostalgic Vidur starts telling about his son to Yash.
