Episode starts with, Amarjeet Talwar waiting for Yash Talwar at his office. Mr. Shah gets a message from Yuvika Mahajan asking him to call for a business proposal. Yash arrives ten minutes late but Amarjeet welcomes him by saying he is his hero.
Yash says he was coming to the office in his car but he saw a little girl standing by the river. He gets out of the car and asks the girl what’s the matter. The girl shows her wooden boat and requests her to bring it back. He gets down into the muddy water and brings her boat back. He says it was very important for him to do this. Listening to this, Mr. Shah gets annoyed and says they are not suitable to crack the deal with and have wasted his time.
Yash tells Amar that those who only work for making profits even in the storm are not keepers. They can’t maintain good relationships. Therefore, Amar asks Shah to leave their office. After Shah leaves, Amar tells Yash that the business they are going to enter now, is only done by the Alcons that is Mr. Keval Shah. Yash says they have a man power of their own and he would utilise them and win against the Mahajans by hook and crook so he must not worry.
Yash says that he wouldn’t attack from the back like the Mahajans but from the front. Mr. Shah enters Mahajan’s office and meets Yuvika. He asks why should he crack this deal with her company. She says that his question is legit and she wants to do this since their company has the experience of work although new in this field, they work to bring success. He likes Yuvika’s words and agrees to sign the partnership with her. They sign the deal when Mr. Shah says he wants to defeat those Talwars anyway so Yuvika says if he is joining this partnership with this motive then she won’t join hands. So Shah says she is right and it just slipped out of her mouth. Yuvika gifts Mr. Shah a ganpati idol for his welcome.
Amarjeet’s son asks him why there is a rivalry between him and the Mahajans and what had actually happened years back. Yash asks him to focus on his own work and not intervene in these things. Amar is scared of his sister Shalini who seems to have arrived at the office. Three of them hurriedly hide the alcohol and cigars so that she doesn’t see them and scold them.
Yuvika’s mobile rings and spoils the mood. Neil asks her to answer the phone. She is asked by a restaurant manager if her tables will remain booked for the night. She recalls it’s Neil’s birthday so she apologises to him and asks him why he didn’t scold him for this. He says that doesn’t matter and it’s still on. Yuvika says she is going to make his day memorable for sure. She kisses him and wishes him a happy birthday. Amarjeet’s sister visits their office.
