Episode starts with Yuvika reaching the jail to meet Kabir. Kabir and Dj shake hands inside the lockup. While Yuvika signs the register, Dj leaves by her side without her noticing. As she meets Kabir he says that it has not been one day that she has started missing him. She asks why he is so surprised to see her when she must be the one who should be surprised after knowing her truth. Kabir thinks if she heard him and DJ talking. She says that she has got to know that she is Bhoomi’s first born child. She asks what’s his problem and what he wants.
Kabir says that she doesn’t need to speak to her. He asks her to send Bhoomi to come and talk to her. Neel comes and tells Bhoomi that Arjun would be discharged soon. She says that she doesn’t even know what this Kabir wants. Dj, Gargi and Dhanraj celebrate the Nagar’s loss. They want to make the Nagar’s life hell. Gargi says that she would give the media some breaking news now. Back at home, Bhoomi thinks of Yuvika’s words and says to herself that her past is being used against her and her kids.
Bhoomi sits in front of Prem’s photo and complains that why is her past coming back. She says that they both know everything but how is she supposed to make people believe this. She sits alone and cries while Yuvika comes and says that she has found out things and has found her first child’s death certificate.
Yuvika contemplates that next a media trial would happen against her. She says that the same thing is going to happen with them that happened with his father. They have now understood the game tactics of the Mahajans so they would also play with the Mahajans now. She asks Bhoomi to keep pretending that they have succumbed to their plan and let them be happy. Suddenly Bhanu screams Bhoomi’s name. Yuvika asks Bhoomi to keep calm and assures that she is with her.
A news flashes on National News that Kabir Oberoy is Bhoomi’s first born child and not Yuvika. They raise the question of who Kabir’s father is. Bhanu sees all this gets agitated and hurt. He asks Bhoomi the truth and asks if she cheated on his brother Prem. Bhoomi says that she hasn’t cheated Prem and would have never done it.As Kabir comes out of the jail, he finds Bhoomi sitting in his car. Bhoomi says that no mother is so harsh that she would leave her child to die. She says that she accepts the truth that she failed as a mother but asks why has he come back and what he wants from her. Episode ends.
