Episode starts with Yuvika following the goons who just kidnapped Yash. Vidur waits for Yuvika alone at the restaurant and wonders why she didn’t arrive. She asks Vidur to reach home and she will meet him there. As Vidur gets up to leave the restaurant, he gets to see Shalini. He asks how she is and says he just met Yash and feels like he is talking to someone close to him. Shalini recalls Neil and tells Vidur that they know their relations have changed and he must not try to meet Yash in the future. Bhoomi arrives there and asks Shalini how dare she misbehave with Vidur like this.
Dj brings Yash to a desolate place with his helpers. He tears off his t-shirt and finds a scar over his heart and realises he had a heart transplant. He immediately realises that there has been a heart theft and he can understand the relation between them all. Bhoomi tells Shalini that she must behave like a human and says that Vidur has just lost his son in an accident and he keeps on thinking about Neil all the time. Dj asks a doctor who came with him if he had a heart transplant or not. The doctor says that they need to take his blood sample and test it with his friends.
Yuvika watches the goons taking Yash’s blood sample and makes some noise by mistake. Before they see her, she somehow manages to hide. Bhoomi shouts at Shalini and asks her to be humane atleast and get rid of her attitude. She says that if destiny wants Vidur and Yash to meet they would meet and she can’t stop it. Aksath desperately texts and calls Isha and begs her to answer once but she doesn’t answer. Aksath wonders how he would share his feelings with Isha.
Bhanu waits for his car to be repaired and recalls DJs words about the possible misunderstanding being created between Bhoomi and Prem and wonders what must be the truth. Amarjeet was passing by the same road so he stopped and got out of his car. He tells Bhanu that the Talwars always remain at the front in case of helping and tonight he is the one who needs help. Bhanu sees he doesn’t need anyone’s help since his Lord Krishna is with him. They talk with each other for sometime when Bhanu says that destiny would surely bring them together someday for sure.
Dj asks his helpers to let Yash remain here and leave. As they move towards the exit, Yuvika gets up and goes to Yash. She wonders who must have been those people and what they wanted. Yuvika touches Yash’s heart scar and closes his eyes and recalls the moment when she and Yash got close to each other before. She wonders what she was feeling just now and why she feels like she is with Neil. Episode ends.
