Episode starts with the investors agreeing to give Yuvika funds after she agreed to give Mahajan’s 2% share as collateral. He congratulates Yuvika
Dj tells Dhanraj that he liked Kabir Oberoy and the way he challenged Yuvika. Dhanraj says that they must be aware of this guy since he thinks he is not just what he looks. Dj says that they might join hands and that he might have their use. Oberoi calls the investor and asks how much Yuvika offered as collateral. As he walks on the road while talking to the investor, he gets pushed by someone on the road and later Kabir asks him to check his left blazer pocket. As he checks his pocket, he finds some diamonds there. Kabir says that those shares belong to Kabir now. The investor becomes happy and smiles in enjoyment.
Yuvika calls Isha’s friend to ask where they are. Due to the loud noise in the car, Timmy hangs up the call. Dj meets Kabir at a bar. Dj says that he has some work with Kabir. He says he knows that Dj wants to join hands with him. Dj says that like him, he also understood that Yuvika is not capable of that chair. Dj says that although he is the actual Vanshaj of the Mahajan empire, that chair needs someone as deserving as him. Kabir agrees to DJ’s proposal.
Yuvjka finds Isha and her friends partying by a roadside bar being totally drunk. Yuvika takes her back in her car while Simone watches them leave. Yuvika and Neel bring Isha home in that drunk state when she suddenly falls, not being able to maintain her balance. Bhanu and Bhoomi get shocked seeing Isha like this. While Yuvika apologises to Bhanu for all this, Isha misbehaves with them and says that she hasn’t done anything wrong. Yuvika gives Isha a glass of lemonade and asks her to drink it but Isha throws it away. Then She says that Yuvika does the most drama. When Yuvika and Dj are allowed to do everything, why isn’t she allowed to do anything? She asks Yuvika if she feels good in portraying Isha as a bad person. She accuses Yuvika of being double faced.
While Isha climbs up the stairs and almost falls down, Dj comes and saves her. She asks if he would have her back and Dj says yes. Later Yuvika sits and cries sitting alone so Neel comes and tries to console her. He says that he accepts the fact that Isha misbehaved but if Yuvika takes it personally and cries then who would take care of Isha. Neel offers Yuvika a bowl of hot noodles and cheese to mend her mood. Bhoomi wonders what to do now since the situation is very complex and misses Prem.
Next morning, Yuvika explains her plan regarding the new plan after which Dj asks from where would she get the funds. Yuvika says that she arranged it with Neel’s help. Suddenly Kabir talks to them through a video where he says that his employee has hacked their system and there must be some reason behind the downfall of their company. Episode ends.
