Episode starts with Yash asking Yuvika if she still misses Neil. Yuvika says she doesn’t since Neil hasn’t left her and she feels him around. Yash wonders if he should tell her about Neil’s heart or not. They reach Ganpati Mandir when she joins her hand infront of Bappa. Yash asks her if she believes in Lord so she says yes and says she wishes to visit Mumbai and enjoy Bappa’s puja and visit the huge pandals and all. She joins the worshippers and showers flowers on Bappa. Yash smiles and watches her from a distance.
Bhanu asks Bhoomi what must be the reason behind her and Prem getting separated for sometime. He says that time will heal everything gradually so Bhoomi says that she won’t think much and let time heal things. As they go downstairs, Aksath and Isha come out of the closet. He asks Isha how he would leave this house now. Isha asks him to follow her. Yuvika finds a flat tire so Yash says he will drop her home and his driver would take her car to the Mahajan house.
Shalini asks Siya where is Yash so she says she doesn’t. She says that why does no one knows about Yash and where must he be. She says he isn’t home yet although he said he will be back home. She panics and tells Amarjeet that she is worried about Yash since he has started being silent and has become emotional.
Yash says that it’s better that tonight Dj isn’t here to welcome him. Yuvika says that it’s better if they all stay away from Dj since he doesn’t belong to their world. He thanks Yuvika for saving his life. Yuvika says that the Mahajans have always helped the Talwars. He recalls their enmity and says that one thing is good that the enmity that was started by their previous generation is atleast changing now. He thanks Yuvika again and leaves. Yuvika wonders why does she feel like Yash is someone very close to her. Bhanu comes to Dj and warns him that he is keeping an eye on him and he must be very careful. He is informed by his aide that the report is a match.
As Yuvika enters the house, she meets a man who gives her the pendrive after retrieving the files. He says that there’s something some sensitive info in the pendrive and asks her to check it once. She goes to her room to check it. She opens the file and gets to see a forensic report. Vidur tells Bhanu that something weird happened with him at the restaurant. He says that there’s a hell and heaven difference between Yash and Shalini and it doens’t even seem like Yash is Shalini’s son. He says that he was missing Neil at the restaurant and the way Yash was talking to him he felt like Neil was talking to him. Yash says that he is sure that this heart is Neil’s but wonders why did Vidur uncle lie to him that he didn’t donate any organ. Yuvika reads the report and wonders how can Neil’s heart disappear when he was brought to the hospital. She decides to find the truth by any means. Dj gets the report from his aide and realises how Neil’s heart was illegally traded. Episode ends.
