Episode starts with, Yuvika telling Yash that someone stole Neil’s heart illegally and it is an issue of illegal organ trafficking. Yuvika says that she wants to know desperately who has Neil’s heart and why him. Yash feels so guilty after hearing this but remains silent. She asks him to not tell anyone about this and he promises her that. Isha and Akshat meet at a restaurant and discuss about Yash and Yuvika. They wonder why are both of them behaving so weird and decide to find it out.
Yash reaches Kapadia’s chamber and asks his heart transplant papers for the insurance work. He says that he is already late for a surgery so he must leave now and will send it to Amarjeet. Yash says he will wait till he comes back. Yash checks Kapadia’s laptop and finds it weird that there’s no detail about his heart transplant. He wonders if Yuvika was telling him the truth and if Amarjeet knew this. Dj brings Ganapati Bappa and places it for Puja. He says that this is their tradition and they have always been doing this since Shanti Prasad’s time. Bhanu makes it clear that he doesn’t believe in pretention. Dj tries to fake his goodness but fails to appease Bhanu. Bhanu asks Yuvika to pray to Ganapati Bappa to solve her problems and he won’t surely deny her anything.
Kapadia comes back to his chamber in the evening and feels relieved since he doesn’t see Yash here but realises someone has fidgeted with his laptop. He asks for the cctv footage of his cabin and gets to know it’s Yash who was trying to find something. He calls Amarjeet and informs him what Yash did. He warns Amarjeet to talk it out and solve this issue or else his career would be at risk.
Yash asks his detective to find out who all does organ dealing at the city hospital. Next morning the Mahajans gather ta the mandir for Bappa’s puja. While everyone prays, Yuvika leaves for someplace secretly. Dj wonders there must be something very important that she left like this. Yuvika reaches the city hospital in a weird attire and tells a ward boy that she needs a heart for her father immediately. He says she has to enlist his father’s name in the list and only after that she would get it when her turn comes and he leaves.
Yash is informed by his detective about Rajan Mudaliar is the master mind behind this organ trafficking who has goons and the hospital staff is also linked to this work. He explains how Mudaliar tracks his donors, kidnaps them and forcefully takes out the organ they want. He feels devastated since an innocent lost his life for giving him a life. The wardboy comes back and gives Yuvika a number and asks her to call here and she will get what she wants. She calls in the number and is asked to reach a location. Yashleaves for Mudaliar’s godown. Episode ends.
