Episode starts with, Yuvika explains the reason behind her decision to name her brand Prem Bhoomi. Dada Babu congratulates her and woshes her good luck. Next morning, Kabir suddenly enters in Yuvika’s cabin without knocking and wishes her good morning. Yuvika says that this is her office and he can’t just enter here without her permission. Kabir gifts him two plant pots for her. According to him, she would need these goodluck plants.
Yuvika thanks him for his wishes and says that she woulr definitely succeed in her endevour. She asks his reason to see her fail. Kabir says that this is a riddle and she must solve it. Bhoomi sees the man who came to return Gargi’s credit card. She wonders if he is a police man why he lied to her that day and what is her connection with Gargi.
Later at night, Yuvika receives a mail of copyright infringement regarding her brand name and informs Neel about it. She asks how can somebody else have a copyright of this name and that they are going to file a case. Every other member of the Mahajan family gets a text message in their mobile. Neel informs that someone else registered the same name just five seconds before they registered their brand name. Yuvika says that she is very sure that Kabir has done this and says that she is very sure that someone from the Mahajan family has done this. Dj starts shouting and says how can Yuvika blame her.
Vidur suggests that they should change the name. Yuvika says that this isn’t really possible at this end moment. Bhanu tells Vidur that he would test his name in the market today. He makes a call and says that he wants the name “Prem Bhoomi”. He informs Yuvika that her brand name would remain the same and he has had a conversation. He asks Vidur to fix a meeting with Kabir Oberoy at home next morning. Yuvika asks Vidur whom Bhanu called. Vidur says that he has asked for a favour in the business community first time just for her in so many years.
Next morning, Kabir arrives at the Mahajan house riding his horse. Dhanraj shouts and asks how could he enter their hosue with the horse. He makes a round around the house and talks to them. Dhanraj shouts and asks Kabir to get the horse out of the house. Bhanu talks to him about S.K Garments and asks about his reason behind the Brand Registration programme. Kabir says that earns profit both ways by breaking and building a business. He keeps on showing his attitude and takes a leave from the Mahajan House.
Gargi says that Kabir can never be truster but Dj says that he needs Kabir’s help to get rid of Yuvika. Yuvika’s showstopper suddenly cancels the launch programme.
