Episode starts with Amarjeet thinking he must talk to Bhanu about Neil’s truth before he gets to know the truth from someone else and feels better. He sends a text to Bhanu asking him to meet to which he agrees. Yuvika reaches the place here she was asked to reach for the heart donation. She is brought inside by Mudaliar’s men. Gradually Mudaliar comes to meet her and asks her to sit. He asks her the medical history of the patient. Yuvika says she will send him the details but asks about the organ donor and his details. Mudaliar says since she needs the organ he will provide her with it.
Yuvika says that this detail is basic so he must share it with her. Mudaliar says that he also wants to know her identity then. She says that she has changed her mind and doesn’t want to crack this deal and gets up to leave. Mudaliar’s aide gets hold of her and then he removes her glasses and scarf and realises it’s Yuvika. She asks him what he did with Neil and why. She says she will make a police complaint but Mudaliar says he will make sure she doesn’t remain alive to do all this. He instructs his aide to kill Yuvika.
Yash arrives at the same location and gets to hear Yuvika’s scream for help. One of Mudaliar’s aides comes to her and tell her how they killed Neil, stole his heart and threw him away. Yuvika says she will put all of them behind the bars and ask them to leave. The man raises a hacksaw to hit Yuvika with it but Yash arrives and stops him. Seeing him, Mudaliar wonders how he came here.
Mudaliar calls Amarjeet and informs him that Yuvika got to know the truth and Yash is here to save her. He tells Mudaliar that if he even takes Yash’s name from his mouth he will kill him. Gargi brings prashad for Dj and asks when he would use the truth of Yash and Neil. He says that he is worried about Yuvika since she is behaving weird and is stressed about something. He gets a call from his informer who tells him that Mudaliar is after Yuvika. Yash and Yuvika both fight Mudaliar’s goons and then she breaks into tears thinking of Neil. She confides in Yash who consoles her and asks why she came here. She tells Yash that Neil didn’t meet with an accident but someone stole his heart purposely. She says she couldn’t know who stole Neil’s heart .
Bhanu meets Amarjeet at a restaurant where Amarjeet tells Bhanu how Yash had a weak heart from his childhood and needed a transplant a few months back. He says how one day he met Mudaliar and his transplant was successful. Then he slowly breaks down that Yash has Neil’s heart. Episode ends.
