Episode starts with Amarjeet telling Bhanu that Yash has been given Neil’s heart and he was shocked knowing this. Yuvika and Vidur both cry missing him. He consoles Yuvika saying whatever happened was God’s wish. Yuvika says that Neil didn’t die in an accident but he was murdered. Bhanu asks Amarjeet how he could kill Neil for giving Yash a new life. Amarjeet says that he didn’t know that this was going to happen with Neil or else he wouldn’t have done this. Vidur gets shocked and asks Yuvika what she is saying.
Bhanu asks Amarjeet why he is confessing this secret to him now. Amarjeet says that even after so many years he still feels like Bhanu is the only person with whom he can share his feelings hence he came here to confess everything honestly. Bhanu says that his hands are stained with Neil’s blood and this can’t be hidden anymore. Yuvika explains to Vidur what all she got to know about Neil and what happened to him. He gets a shock and slaps Yuvika saying she is lying. Amarjeet reminds Bhanu that once upon a time , they promised to protect each other . The day when Prem left Shalini he was out of his control but Bhanu reminded this to him. He says if he doesn’t listen to him today there will be blood on both sides. Bhanu says he could never imagine , he will stoop down to this level.
Bhanu asks Amarjeet to leave for God’s sake. Amarjeet tells Bhanu that like one day he protected his family’s image, today he would protect his. Bhanu sits alone and recalls Guruji’s words. Bhoomi overhears Yuvika and Vidur’s conversation and becomes shocked. She asks if this is true and then breaks into tears. Bhoomi asks Yuvika to swear she will not leave the person who did this to Neil.
Bhoomi comes into the room of Yuvika when she becomes emotional with the presence of Bidur uncle. Bhoomi wants to know whether she has learned the truth. They all become devastated learning the reality of Neel’s death. Bhoomi used to regard Neel as her own. She requests Bhoomi to give the punishment to the criminal. Yuvika promises her mother that she won’t spare the criminal anymore.
Yash searches his uncle in the entire house. When Amarjeet comes outside of the room, he confronts his uncle why did he take away the heart from deceased Neel. Now Yash comes to know that Amarjeet has killed Neel intentionally and takes away the heart of Neel. Amarjeet accepts the truth since it will not be possible to wash the brain of Yash. When Yash comes to know his mother also used to know this, Yash becomes devastated. Shalini is also interrogated for her crime. Yash can’t believe that he is surrounded by all these criminals.
Shalini and Amarjeet try to give their excuses since they wanted to save the life of Yash by hook or crook but Yash doesn’t hear any logic of those elders. Yash says he cannot live in this guilt anymore, he prefers to disclose this truth to Yuvika and his family.
