Episode starts with Yash and DJs confrontation. Yash says he is here to meet Yuvika and not him. Dj asks him if he is here to confess to Yuvika about Neil’s heart. Dj warns him to not dare confess this to Yuvika since the consequences won’t be good and his entire family would be dragged to the prison for this. Dj says he would be giving the evidence to the media before the police and destroy everything. Yash asks Dj to not take his family’s name with his dirty mouth. Dj says he only wants to sit on the chair of the Mahajan Vanshaj and for that he is his card.
Yash says he will think what he would do and walks inside the Mahajan house. Dj follows him and says he has two choices either to choose his family or lose them after confessing the truth to Yuvika. As Yuvika comes and asks him what’s wrong he behaves weird and leaves. Shalini says that the thing she feared happened and now Yash has gone to the Mahajan house to confess things. Shalini shouts at Amarjeet and says she is stressed and worried about Yash and asks why he didn’t check the details of his heart donor. Amarjeet says he was only concerned about Yash and didn’t have any yunch about any of this.
Dj calls Yash and asks his decision. He asks Yash to do work for him and asks him to wait for DJs instructions. He asks Dj to destroy all the evidence immediately after his work is done. Yuvika wonders if she must make a deal with Mudaliar. She calls him and asks if he can confess to whom he sold Neil’s heart for which she would even pay him the price. Mudaliar asks her to meet him. He decides to earn the money and also kill her. Isha overhears Yuvika’s conversation and asks her what she is saying and how can someone do this. She says whatever had to happen has happened and now she wants to know who stole Neil’s heart.
Yash is handed over a bag by DJs servant. Yuvika goes to Bhanu and tells him about Neil. He says that no matter how much one hides the truth it comes up. Yuvika says she will punish the criminal for sure and is going to meet the organ peddler. Bhanu says he will also go with her but she says she will handle it on her own. Yash sees a gun in the bag that Dj gave him. He asks him to kill Yuvika with the gun when Yash asks what kind of a joke this is. Dj asks if his heart has fallen for Yuvika.Yash wonders what he is supposed to do and chooses one between the two. Bhanu gives his gun to Yuvika for her protection.
Yuvika leaves in her car and is followed by Yash. Aksath calls Isha when she informs him that Neil was killed and his heart was stolen. He wonders what he would do now since he had called her to tell the same thing. Yuvika reaches the location where Mudaliar asked her to reach. She gets to hear footsteps from behind and takes out her gun thinking it’s Mudaliar. Yash arrives there and they point their guns at each other. She says that he finally showed his true colours to her. Yash shoots Yuvika. Episode ends.
