Episode starts with, fire breaking out all over the hospital due to electrical short circuits . Yuvika says that someone has done this on purpose. They try to find some way out. Isha starts coughing badly due to the smoke. Arjun and Neel try to find an exit point, while Vidur and Yuvika try to find water for Isha. Bhoomi’s saree catches fire but Yuvika saves her. Since a burning log falls from above, Bhoomi pushes Isha away and saves her. Isha almost falls unconscious so they try to keep her awake.
Yuvika sees a wall that is weak. She tells Neel that if they get to break this wall, they would be able to get out. Yuvika, Arjun and Neel lift an oxygen cylinder kept nearby and start hitting the wall with it to break the wall. Vidur joins them to help. They struggle to break the wall and finally make a hole in the wall. Yuvika asks Neel to go out and check if things are safe outside so that they can take out Isha first. Neel asks Yuvika to take care and gets out of the hole. They take out Isha first. Yuvika and Bhoomi ask each other to get out first. She makes Bhoomi go out first on the condition that immediately after she gets out, she would also escape this place.
Bhoomi comes out but as Yuvika tries to come out, the ceiling starts breaking. Bhoomi keeps on screaming Yuvika’s name but she doesn’t reply. Neel takes away Bhoomi forcefully. Yuvika lies down inside being hurt by the broken ceiling pieces. Suddenly she sees a man standing there with a fireproof dress jacket so she calls for help while coughing. She thanks the person for coming and asks for help. The person stands there still. She gets to see a write up “Fatichar “ on his vest. She asks if he is Dj. Dj opens his helmet and tries to kill her. He says that even after a nuclear blast, she would remain alive.
He screams at her and says that she is responsible for all this. She ruined his perfect life. He asks why she came to his life. He says that Bhanu started hating him for her and her mother went to jail for her. He says she saved everyone but when they would get to know that she isn’t alive, they would die alive. He says he wouldn’t give them such an easy death, rather he would make each second of their life hell like he is going to give her. He laughs like an evil. She asks if someone does like this with one’s sister. She says that killing someone is a very big crime and asks him to not become an animal.
Yuvika says that she only regrets not being able to be brother and sister. She says that she promised her father to take care of her family so she asks him to let her go. Bhoomi screams like a lunatic and fights to go inside. Yuvika says she had come here to clean the dirt on her father’s name. Dj says that she took everything away from him. He says if she was his sister she would have done all that would have been better for him. He says that women can never be Vanshaj. Yuvika asks what is his problem : her being a woman or Vanshaj? He says that he is sending her to her father now. He tosses a one rupee coin and says that this is her last gift and she only deserves this. He kicks Yuvika and says that he killed the person who sent his mom to jail. Episode ends .
