Episode starts with, Yuvika nervously asking Neel if the investors would invest in their company. Neel says that the presentation was good but they are old school so nothing can be said. Kabir enters the boardroom and presents the investor’s some files and manipulates them. He asks them not to even think of investing in this company. He shows them the files and says that by the time Yuvika would be launching her design, few other companies would already be using these designs. He says that he found them very decent and good people so he doesn’t want them to incur losses. He asks them to think if they want to maintain old relations or save money.
Gargi’s aide informs her that he has already put his men at work and he would provide her with all of Bhoomi’s history. As he hangs up the call, he finds Bhoomi standing in front of her. Gargi wonders why Bhoomi is hiding this issue if this is Prem’s child. He wonders if this child doesn’t belong to Prem. Yuvika and Neel enter the boardroom and ask their decision. The investors say that they have decided not to invest in their project. Yuvika asks the reason behind this. They tell Yuvika that for a brand to work out, it’s very important that the designs are very unique. Yuvika says that their designs are absolutely unique and won’t be seen anywhere in the market.
One of the investors stayed back for a little longer after the others left. He shakes hands with Yuvika with his cheap intentions. Bhoomi asks the traffic guard why he is so shocked seeing her. He says that since she belongs to the Mahajan family he didn’t expect her here. He says she could have called him if he wanted any help. Bhoomi raises the issue of Gargi’s credit card and the cafe. He says that he doesn’t remember something like this and she is mistaken. Bhoomi asks him to write a complaint of stalking and that someone is stalking her.
Bhoomi asks the cop to tell her the truth. The cop says that he would tell her everything but not here. The investor says that he would give him as much money as she needs but in return she must give up the Prem Bhoomi brand to him. He blackmails her talking about Isha’s incident. As the investigator gives cheap signals to Yuvika, Neel becomes furious and holds his collar. Yuvika stops Neel and accepts Choksy’s business offer. Yuvika instructs Neel to get his contract papers ready. As Choksy talks about his other intentions, Yuvika gives him a tight slap. She says that their deal is still on. He threatens Yuvika to seek revenge for this slap.Choksy sends his offer but cuts down 50% as revenge for her slap. Episode ends.
