The episode starts with Yuvika noticing the compounder shifting Neel’s dead body to the mortuary in front of her eyes. She gets emotional. Meanwhile, Yash gets a new life. He looks into the mirror. He hugged his flute. The compounder notices the news about Yuvika and Neel. The nurse informs him that today is her wedding but Neel died before it. He asks her if his postmortem is over? She denied it. He asks her if Yuvika is in the hospital? She says that she already left. Later, Shalini gives a bouquet to Yash. She tells him that she was right. She said to him that he will be alright. Shalini asks her children not to trouble Yash reasoning he needs a rest. Amarjeet expressed his happiness with Yash. Yash says that he doesn’t know the connection with this heart. He hopes this heart will beats well.
Yash’s family members are discussing about party and celebration. Yash thinks that he has to learn to live with this new heart. Later, Yuvika and her family members returns to home. Yuvika is acting weird. She excuses her family members to take a nap. Boomi is shocked to see her state. Dada Babu is holding Vidur in a supporting way. Danraj and Gargi expressed their fake concern to Vidur. Danraj says that he can understand the pain of staying away from the son. Dada Babu takes him from there. Yuvika reached to her room. She lays on the bed. Boomi and Isha sits beside her. They are crying seeing her state. Later, the doctor comes visits Yash in his ward. He asks him how he feels now? Yash says better. He checks his heart beats. Yash liked to hear his new heart beats. He asks the doctor about the donor. The doctor lies to him that he can’t reveal the donor name because of the rules.
The doctor advised him to accept the new heart and leaves. Later, Dada Babu thinks about Neel. He thinks that he is a genuine person. Why did the god takes his life in this young age. He gets emotional and cries. Vidur hugs Neel’s photo and breaks out in tears. He kissed on his photo. Boomi gets emotional seeing Yuvika struggles to sleep. She isn’t crying but just thinking about something. Boomi asks the god why he is punishing her daughter like this. Neel was her happiness. He is a blessed child. Every parents needs a son like him. How could he snatch Neel from Yuvika’s life. She deserved happiness too. She is heartbroken now. She can’t see her in this state. She shares her grief with her. The next day, Yuvika says to Boomi that her nightmare isn’t ending. She can’t sleep. Boomi says that she didn’t even closed her eyes for a minute. Yuvika asks her so she is not dreaming. Boomi asks her to cry. She tells her that she can’t cry. The servant informs her that Neel’s dead body arrived. Isha removed Yuvika’s jewels.
