Episode starts with am very emotional scene in where Bhanu requests Bhoomi and Yuvika not to leave him. But Bhoomi doesn’t have anything to do. Bhoomi explains that she came here to fulfill a goal which is fulfilled already. In the midst of the conversation, Bhanu feels very weak physically.
In the Mahajan house, Dhanraj and Digvijay discuss about their business deal, how they would deal the disastrous situation of their Mahajan company. Dhanraj try to assume the damage of their company but the outcome make them surprised. Meanwhile, the wife of Digvijay asks him to attend a meeting where they have to give them a official statement. But Dj couldn’t imagine how they would face the media reporters.
Though Bhanu wants to stop Yuvika and her family from going Rishikesh, but he doesn’t have any power of stopping them. Neel suddenly watches the news whether it is airing the damages of Mahajan group and company. Bhanu accepts that all the mistakes are because of them.
They have made the wrong decisions along the years which cause this catastrophe of their Mahajan company. He also remorses at his actions as he couldn’t able to cease the mishaps. After a while, their bus come and Yuvika boards on the bus. As soon as the bus starts to run, Bhanu Pratap gets a heart attack and loses his sense in the midst of the road.
Bhanu Pratap is admitted in the hospital in where Yuvika and her family also arrive. Doctor describes the critical condition of Bhanu Pratap, and also asks Yuvika to fulfill some official procedure. When Arjun says they don’t have enough money to admit in the hospital, Bhoomi asks Neel to sell her golden bungles. Arjun suggests Neel to admit him in the Mahajan hospital, but Neel forbids it to do that.
Here, Dj and Dhanraj again face the arrogance of the media persons. Dhanraj plans to create an emotional drama so that they could prove themselves weak infront of others. not getting Bhanu Pratap anywhere, Gargi assumes that Bhanu has escaped from the situation assuming the situation. Dj couldn’t control his wrath as he is not getting his dadababu in this crisis. Gargi suggests him to build the Mahajan empire again.
Ahead, Bhanu feels very weak from his core of the heart as Yuvika are leaving them. They both become emotional. Yuvika suggests Bhanu Pratap to go with them, but Bhanu requests them to stay in the Mahajan family.

Precap : Dhanraj will attend the meeting in where they have to face media and will have to give their official statement. Before announcing the final decision of Dhanraj, Bhanu asks him to stop and he proceeds to face the media. He also proclaims his own decision. But he again loses his sense.
