The episode begins with Prabhat asking Chandrika what Devansh said. Chandrika tells him about Devansh’s accident. She says they should go to the city hospital. They leave from there. Sarika follows them. Savitri recalls how Vasudha said Devansh got hurt when Vasudha tried to remove the mangalsutra.
In the hospital, Chandrika asks the doctor about Devansh. The doctor replies Devansh is in critical condition, and they are waiting for test results. Prabhat tells the doctor to bring the best doctors and not worry about expenses. The doctor says they are trying their best. Chandrika tells the doctor that nothing should happen to Devansh. She says she trusts Devansh will fight this battle and return fine. Prabhat asks Mayur to go to the police station and find out details of Devansh’s accident.
Chandrika recalls the moments she spent with Devansh. She enters ICU and sees him unconscious. She holds his hand and cries. She asks him to get up and let’s go home. She says it’s not a place to take a rest. She tells him that he is strong and this small accident can’t harm him. She adds The doctor said Devansh is in critical condition, but she knows Devansh will fight against death to come to her.
On the other hand, Vasudha enters Devansh’s room and recalls the moments she spent with Devansh there. She looks at her neck in the mirror and recalls how she got married to Devansh. She talks to Devansh’s photo and tells him that she ended their relationship. She says she removed her mangalsutra, but she won’t forget Devansh. Savitri comes there and tells Vasudha about Devansh’s accident. Vasudha gets shocked hearing this and cries.
Sarika tells Karishma that Devansh was a fool to chase Madhav like that. She asks if Devansh will die or survive. Karishma says that’s not a matter to her.
The doctor tells Prabhat about Devansh’s brain injury. He says only a miracle can save Devansh now. Chandrika tells the doctor that nothing will happen to Devansh. She says God is testing them; that’s it. She tells Prabhat that she wants every detail of the accident. She asks him to send Devansh’s medical reports to the world’s best doctors.
Vasudha and Savitri enter the hospital. Karishma asks what Vasudha is doing there. Sarika says Vasudha would have come to impress Chandrika in this condition. Vasudha requests Karishma to let her go inside. Karishma says only family members can stay there. She reveals how Devansh met with an accident. She blames Vasudha for Devansh’s accident. Vasudha says she just wants to see Devansh once.
Karishma says Vasudha is unlucky. She adds Vasudha’s negative energy may kill Devansh. Vasudha asks Karishma not to talk like that. Savitri tells Karishma that Devansh will be fine once Vasudha sees Devansh. Sarika taunts Vasudha. Karishma asks what right Vasudha has to see Devansh. She tells Vasudha to stay away from Devansh and goes inside. Sarika follows Karishma.
Vasudha blames herself for Devansh’s accident. She says she should stay away from Devansh for his sake. She goes to the hospital temple and prays for Devansh. Avinash and Divya enter the hospital. Avinash runs towards the ICU. Divya asks Vasudha to come with her. But Vasudha refuses. Divya follows Avinash.
