The episode begins with Mayur tells Prabhat that he talked to the police officer, and they will get CCTV footage of the accident soon. Avinash comes there and cries, hugging Chandrika. Chandrika tells Avinash that nothing will happen to Devansh. Avinash asks her how it happened. He says he got appreciation for the presentation, and he wanted to share this with Devansh. Chandrika tells him that Devansh will return to them. Avinash cries seeing Devansh. He asks Devansh to get up. He says he will die without Devansh. Prabhat asks Avinash to calm down because nothing will happen to Devansh. Chandrika tells Avinash that they should not become weak.
Meanwhile, Vasudha asks God to kill her and give life to Devansh. Hanumant comes there. Vasudha cries, hugging him. Hanumant asks her how he can live without her. He says nothing will happen to Devansh. Vasudha asks him to go and see Devansh. Hanumant goes inside.
Karishma tells Sarika to see her acting. She fake cries. She tells Chandrika that she can’t see Devansh like this. Chandrika asks Karishma not to cry because nothing will happen to Devansh. Karishma sees Hanumant and blames him and Vasudha for Devansh’s accident. She says Devansh met with an accident because Devansh went to find Madhav. She scolds Hanumant. Chandrika tells Karishma that it’s not time to talk about all this. Karishma says she wants to see Devansh once and enters the ICU.
The nurse tells Karishma to go out. Karishma asks the nurse to tell the current condition of Devansh. The nurse tells Karishma that Devansh is still in critical condition. Karishma says she will leave after sitting there for two minutes. The nurse leaves from there. Karishma tells Devansh that she is happy because he is in critical condition. She says she is waiting to hear Devansh’s death news. She tells him that she doesn’t have any personal enmity with him, but he is the elder son of Chandrika; that’s why she wants him to die. She says Avinash will become the sole heir of Chandrika if Devansh dies then. She asks him to die as soon as possible. She adds Chandrika will die too if Devansh dies then. She leaves from there.
Sarika asks the nurse whether Devansh will survive. The nurse tells Sarika that only a miracle can save Devansh now. Savitri overhears their conversation. She goes to Vasudha and says Devansh needs Vasudha now. She says the truth is Vasudha is Devansh’s wife. She takes Vasudha from there.
Karishma sees Vasudha and tells the latter to leave from there. Vasudha requests Karishma to let her see Devansh once. Karishma tells Vasudha to leave from there. Chandrika comes there and tells Karishma that Devansh needs everyone’s prayers. She says Vasudha saved her life and also Prabhat’s life. She asks Vasudha to save Devansh. She takes Vasudha to ICU. She adds Vasudha’s heart is pure, and God may listen to Vasudha’s prayer. Devansh’s condition worsens. Vasudha wonders whether it happened because of her. The doctor gives shock treatment to Devansh. Chandrika and Vasudha cry.
