The episode begins with Chandrika asking Prabhatwhether Devansh will be fine. Prabhat says nothing will happen to Devansh. Chandrika says she will pray for Devansh and God has to listen to her prayer.
In the hospital, Karishma tells his goon to execute the plan when no one is around Devansh. She says Goon should not make any mistakes. Goon nods at Karishma and leaves from there.
Chandrika goes to the house temple and tells God she is begging for Devansh’s life. She says she can do anything to save Devansh. She requests God to show her path, and she starts doing puja. Vasudha enters the Chauhan house and searches Chandrika. Sarika asks why Vasudha is screaming like this. Vasudha tells Sarika that she wants to tell Chandrika about vrat. Sarika says Chandrika is already doing puja for Devansh, so Vasudha can’t meet Chandrika.
Prabhat comes there and tells Vasudha that Chandrika is in the house temple. Vasudha goes to Chandrika and says she found a way to save Devansh. She informs Chandrika about Bhiksha vrat. She says Devansh will be fine if Chandrika completed the vrat then. Sarika says Vasudha is talking nonsense and laughs. She tells Vasudha to leave from there. Vasudha tells Chandrika to do Bhiksha vrat. Sarika says Vasudha becomes mad and drags Vasudha from there. She throws Vasudha out of the house. Vasudha asks Sarika to open the door. She says Chandrika has to do this vrat to save Devansh’s life.
Avinash recalls the moments he spent with Devansh. Divya tells Avinash that Devansh will be fine. She says Avinash has to stay strong for his family. Karishma sees them and gets angry. She thinks her priority is Devansh today. She goes to Avinash and lies to him that Chandrika is unwell. She asks him to go home. She says she will stay in the hospital for Devansh. Avinash asks whether Divya will stay there. Karishma says Divya need not stay there. Avinash leaves from there with Divya. Karishma tells Goon to execute the plan.
Later, Chandrika recalls what Vasudha said about Bhiksha vrat. Prabhat asks Chandrika whether she is thinking about Vasudha’s words. Chandrika tells him that Vasudha is a well-wisher of their family, and Vasudha trusts Sage’s words. Prabhat asks her how she can beg. Chandrika tells him she is a mother and a mother can do anything for her child. She says she decided to do Bhiksha vrat. Prabhat asks her to eat something. Chandrika tells him she is not hungry. Prabhat tells her that he is proud of her and leaves from there. Sarika sits on Chandrika’s chair and eats dinner.
Vasudha reaches the hospital and asks the nurse to give her permission to see Devansh. But Nurse refuses to give permission to Vasudha. So Vasudha pleads to Nurse. Karishma’s goon enters ICU to kill Devansh.
