The episode starts with Chaman pouncing on Tingu for sending Kanh ma in stead of Sayuri. Tingu asks what did he do as he just sent Kanha to fetch the flowers instead of Sayuri and he would be back soon. Chandan says that he would not return and recalling her removing the brakes of the vehicle. Tingu asks how would he know as she didn’t share it with him and Chaman agrees with his point. She prays that Kanha would return home safe. Tingu recalls seeing Chaman removing the brakes and purposefully sending Kanha to bring Chaman out of her Kanha trance.

Kanha has a hard time controlling the vehicle and hits with the truck. Sayuri drops the vessel and hurts herself while others get worried for her. Kanha is seen severely injured. People surrounds him and wondered if he’s alive. Sayuri gets restless and wants to speak with Kanha immediately. Nakul makes the call for her and asks for Kanha when someone says that Kanha got into an accident. Everyone gets shocked and Chaman also got worried. Tingu smirks seeing it. Sayuri rushes to hospital and receptionist says they he’s very much injured and is admitted in ICU. Sayuri rushes there to find Kanha getting treated.

Sayuri runs inside the ward and keeps calling him to wake up. Others also rush in and Saroj gets traumatised with Chirag’s accident. She suffers panic attack. Doctor sends everyone out and Nakul forcefully takes her away. Their hands gets separated. Sayuri watches him from glass door and cries in pain. On the other hand, Chaman cries for Kanha. She asks what she could do if something happens to him. Tingu asks why she’s worrying about him as he came only in the middle and he’s there for her. Chaman suddenly attacks him and asks him to say if he really doesn’t know that she failed the brakes. He says that he doesn’t know it but Chaman warns him that he would rip his head off if she gets to know that he did it deliberately. She now only cares for Kanha now.

Kanha starts sinking. Doctor comes out and says that Kanha is suffering multiple injuries and they need to pay 10 lakh for the surgery. He says that they need to pay it immediately while Sayuri gets stunned. Amu tries contacting Nakul but he doesn’t pick the call. She cries recalling his memories. She tries convincing the receptionist but she says that they need to pay atleast 20% of the money for them to start the operation. Sayuri gives her jewels to Nakul to sell it as only Kanha’s life is important now. Saroj agrees with him and gives her jewels too. Sayuri rushes to Chaman to get help but Tingu doesn’t let her meet him. Chaman who’s hearing songs and crying for Kanha in her room didn’t hear her pleas. Sayuri falls on Tingu’s feet to help her but Tingu pays no heed.

Precap: Doctor asks Sayuri to do something as her husband’s condition getting worsened. Doctor tries reviving Kanha’s heartbeat but in vain. They cover his face with cloth and others get shocked seeing it.
