Episode begins with Armaan asks Preesha that what happened. Preesha tells him that it’s all his fault that now Rudraksh fighting for his life, that too on his special day. He asks her to not worry. She tells him that Rudraksh is her life and informs him that she is going to arrange blood for Rudraksh and leaves the hospital. He follows her and asks her to listen him once. She asks about O+ blood to one by one and she cries recalling the moments she shared with Rudraksh ( Title song sad version plays in the background ).
He comes there and tells her that she need not to live without Rudraksh because he arranged blood for Rudraksh already and recalls that how he learnt that Rudraksh needs O+ blood and arranged blood from Delhi. She gets happy hearing him and runs towards the hospital. He talks to himself saying that he won’t come in between her and Rudraksh for her happiness.
Doctor informs Preesha that surgery is successful but they put Rudraksh in observation so they need to wait and see and shifts Rudraksh to normal ward. Preesha apologizes to Rudraksh for hurting him always and thanks him for listening her always.
On the other hand, Lawyer gives the papers to Ahana and informs her that it will take some time to get all the money. Mishka asks him to finish that work as soon as possible. He nods at her and leaves from there. Ahana tells Mishka that they can leave India soon. One lady calls Ahana and asks her to transfer the money because the latter got the papers. Ahana asks her that is the latter spying on her and tells her that she didn’t got the money yet so she can’t tranfer anything now and disconnects the call.
Preesha tells everything to Sharda and the latter tells her that Rudraksh can’t see anything else in front of her. Sharda thanks Armaan for saving Rudraksh. Armaan apologizes to her. Preesha tells him that she won’t forgive him for pushing Rudraksh. Rudraksh regains his consciousness and tells her that Armaan didn’t push him. She gets relieved seeing him.
He tells her that Armaan even tried to save him but he could not hold his hand. She refuses to believe him and blames Armaan. Digvijay comes there and tells her that Armaan is not saying anything that’s not mean that the latter can blame Armaan and reveals that how Armaan arranged blood for Rudraksh from Delhi. He asks her that did the latter already forgot that what all they faced because of Rudraksh still Armaan saved Rudraksh’s life.
Armaan asks him to not say anything and takes him from there. He tells him that Preesha can’t stay happy with him then how can he stay happy. Digvijay tells him that the latter became mad. Meanwhile Sharda goes to meet the Doctor. Preesha hugs Rudraksh and cries. He tells her that she can’t live without him still she can’t return to him.
