Episode begins with Rudraksh recalls that how destiny separated him from Preesha so he decides to fight against destiny. He tells Sharda that he will save Preesha like how Preesha saved him. Next day, Rudraksh learns that Police took Preesha to hospital for medical check-up.
Then he reaches the hospital and notices fire and he tries to go inside to save Preesha but no one let him enter the hospital. Sharda tells Rudraksh that in that fire accident they lost everything including Preesha. He tells her that if she want to believe that Preesha is no more then she can but he won’t because Preesha is alive in his world and he hopes that Preesha stays happy wherever she is now.
On the other hand, little girl Ruhi takes handmade greeting card from bag and she gives it to Preesha and wishes happy birthday to her. Preesha picks her and thanks her. Ruhi tells her that one more surprise waiting for her. She takes her aside and sings a song for her.
Preesha gets emotional and kisses her. She thinks that it would have been really good if Rudraksh can see Ruhi and their daughter is like her but she can sing like him. She wonders that why destiny separated them. She recalls the day she took the blame on herself to save Rudraksh.
She tells Vasudha that Venky was about to kill Saaransh and Rudraksh and what she would have done if anything happened to them then. She says to her that the latter ignoring Venky’s mistake. Gopal tells her that she should not have killed Venky to save Saaransh. He asks her to think about Vasudha too and tells her that she snatched a son from mother.
Vasudha tells him that she will make sure that Preesha gets punishment for killing Venky. She asks Vaijayanti to take the case. Preesha asks Mishka to take care of Saaransh and admit Rudraksh in the hospital.
Later, Preesha’s lawyer tells Preesha that he can save her easily saying that she shooted Venky to save her family. She asks him to not try to save her. She thinks that if she got released then Police may reach Rudraksh by investigating the case which she don’t want it to happen at any cost. Judge punishes Preesha for killing Venky. Rudraksh reaches there and Police takes her from there.
After two days, Yuvraj saves Preesha saying that she is pregnant. She asks him that why he returned. He tells her that he cares about her that’s why he returned for her. He informs her that by accident he learnt that she is pregnant and gives the report to her. She gets emotional. He tells her that he is feeling bad for her. She asks him to stay away from her and her family. He tells her that he can’t let her die after knowing that she is pregnant. He taunts Rudraksh and her family for not doing anything for her.
Jailer takes Preesha to hospital for check-up. Preesha tells her that she want to meet Rudraksh. She gets excited to tell about her pregnancy to Rudraksh. Yuvraj tells her that court will punish her once she gives birth to her child so she should escape. They hears people screaming.
