Episode begins with Doctor says that Ruhi need to take rest. Pihu takes Ruhi inside. Rudraksh gets relieved that Ruhi is fine. He wonders that why she did all this. Preesha asks Doctor that what happened to Ruhi. Doctor tells her that Ruhi lost her memory temporarily because of her head injury. He says that Ruhi can’t handle shock so they have to make sure that Ruhi lives happily. He asks her to fulfill all of Ruhi’s wish. He tells Prem that Ruhi has to stay with him now. Armaan says that that’s not possible. Preesha asks him that what is he saying. He tells her that this is Rudraksh’s plan to keep Ruhi with her. He adds that Ruhi is acting.

She tells him that she can understand Ruhi’s pain because she also lost her memories. She says that she don’t want Ruhi to feel lonely. She decides to keep Ruhi with her until Ruhi becomes fine. She asks him to trust Doctor atleast. She thanks Doctor for coming there to examine Ruhi. Saaransh thinks that their plan is hit. He decides to do something so he also stays with Ruhi. He thanks Preesha. He tells her that he can’t let Ruhi stay there alone. Preesha tells him that she is with Ruhi. He tells her that she is not their mother. He says that he can’t stay without Ruhi. She tells him to stay there. Armaan gets shocked hearing her. Rudraksh thinks that his kids are smart.

Sharda tells Preesha that Ruhi can’t stay there because Rudraksh won’t allow it. Armaan says that it’s not safe to let Ruhi stay with stranger. Preesha tells Sharda that she will take care of kids. She says that they have to follow Doctor’s instruction for Ruhi’s sake. She adds that she can do anything for Ruhi. She tells her that she will meet Rudraksh to convince him. Everyone gets shocked hearing her.

Saaransh tells Preesha that no need of that. He says that he and Sharda can convince Rudraksh. Preesha tells Sharda that Ruhi is like her daughter so she can do anything for her. Armaan reminds her that how she reacts seeing Rudraksh. He says that Sharda and Saaransh will convince Rudraksh. Preesha tells him that she don’t care about herself. He tells her that he will accompany her. She goes to change.

Ruhi tells Pihu that she wants her father. Prem comes there. Ruhi hugs him. Pihu leaves from there. Rudraksh tells Ruhi that he got worried. Ruhi tells him that she did not get time to tell the plan to him. She says that now she can stay with him. He tells her about the problem. She gets an idea. She asks him to call Vidyut. She asks Vidyut to disguise as gardener. Vidyut tells her that he will bring Rudraksh’s outfit. She sends message to Saaransh. Saaransh tells Ruhi’s plan to Sharda. He says that Preesha may remember the past seeing Khurana mansion.

Vidyut sneak into outhouse. He disguise as gardener. Rudraksh wears his outfit and leaves from there. Others leaves for Khurana mansion.

Precap – Rudraksh gets stuck in the traffic. Preesha enters Khurana mansion. She asks Saaransh that where is Rudraksh. Saaransh tells her that Rudraksh must be in his room.

Preesha tells him that Ruhi is not identifying anyone because of her head injury. He asks her that how is that possible. She tells him that Ruhi lost her memory because of her head injury. Rudraksh gets worried hearing her. Saaransh says that he will take Ruhi to neurologist. Preesha tells him that she will accompany them. Armaan opposes her decision. She tells him that she is not insensitive to leave kids alone. He asks Saaransh to call the Doctor there to examine Ruhi. Saaransh nods at him and leaves from there to call Sharda. Armaan thinks that something is fishy.

After some time, Pihu asks Preesha that if Ruhi will become fine. Sharda comes there with Doctor. Saaransh tells her that Ruhi is not identifying him. Sharda asks Ruhi that if the latter is fine. Ruhi asks her who is she. She says that she just knows her father. Sharda asks Doctor to do something. Doctor asks everyone to leave except Khuranas. Others leaves the room.

Saaransh praises Ruhi for her acting. Sharda asks them to not scream. She says that Rudraksh is worried. She asks Ruhi that why the latter did not inform Rudraksh about their plan. Ruhi thanks God. She says that everyone thinking that she lost her memory. She recalls that how she told Sharda that she want to stay with Rudraksh. She tells her plan to Saaransh and Sharda. She asks Sharda to bring Doctor. Saaransh and Sharda agrees with her. Sharda asks Vidyut to arrange neurologist. She tells him everything. He tells her that he can do anything for Rudraksh. He says that his friend’s father is neurologist so he will call him.
