The Episode begins with Shanti dies before telling the truth to Kaashvi. Kaashvi wonders what Shanti wanted to say. Aditya gets happy seeing this. And he tells thanks to God. Meanwhile, nurse tells Arjun that Aditya is not opening the washroom door. Arjun knocks the door. Kaashvi comes there and learns that Aditya is not responding from the washroom. She says that Aditya came out of drama today and he must be weak. She asks Aditya to open the door. Arjun breaks the door.
Aditya asks Kaashvi to help him. Arjun helps Aditya to go to bed. Aditya apologizes to Kaashvi for troubling her a alot. Kaashvi tells him that she don’t have any problem in helping him. She asks him to just recover. He tells her that he will recover for sure because she is with him. She tells him that she will be with him always.
Arjun leaves from there. He tells Jagadish that he is worried about Kaashvi because she don’t have house to stay. Mahima says that she knew Arjun will suggest to take Kaashvi to Bajwa house. Arjun tells her that Karun is alive because of Kaashvi so the latter should grateful to Kaashvi. Kaashvi asks them that what happened. Arjun asks Kaashvi to stay with Aditya in Bajwa house until she gets house to stay. Kaashvi says that no need of that. Jagadish convinces Kaashvi.
Kaashvi goes to Aditya and tells him about his discharge. Aditya asks her that where they will stay. She tells him that they can stay in Bajwa house if he is comfortable then. He tells her that they will stay in hotel. She nods at him. Arjun comes there and tells Aditya that Kaashvi alone can’t take care of Aditya. Aditya agrees to stay in Bajwa house.
Later, Jagadish tells thanks to Kaashvi. Mahima says that she will cook food. Kaashvi tells Mahima that she will cook. And she asks Mahima to go to Karun. Mahima says that Kaashvi is guest so she should take rest. She goes to kitchen.
After some time, Aditya drops the spoon and says that he don’t want to eat. He says that he could not even hold the spoon because of his weakness. Kaashvi feeds food to him. He tells her that he is lucky to get a wife like her. Mahima says that they are such a good people. Arjun gets jealous and leaves from there. Kaashvi thinks that she know Arjun is upset. Everyone goes to sleep.
Aditya tells Kaashvi that he know she loves Arjun so she should confess it to Arjun. Kaashvi tells him that he need her. He asks her to not waste time. He says that he will prepare fake divorce papers to end their fake marriage. She tells thanks to him and leaves from there.
Kaashvi tells Arjun that she loves him. Arjun hugs her in happiness. She informs him that Aditya already know about it.
