Episode begins with Karun gets angry when doctor asked him about Kaashvi. He scolds Arjun and goes to car. Arjun tells doctor that Karun was not like this six month back. He says that he don’t know why Karun hates Kaashvi. Doctor tells him that Karun is emotionally hurt and Karun did not share his pain with anyone that’s the reason of his trauma. He asks her that how to find out the reason of Karun’s hatred for Kaashvi. She tells him that there is a way to find out. He goes to Karun.
Karun asks Arjun that why doctor talked about Kaashvi. Arjun lies to Karun that principal told him to take Karun to doctor. He says that principal want evaluation report of Karun. He adds that principal will suspend Karun if they don’t submit evaluation then. He gives surprise gift to Karun. Karun gets happy seeing the gift. Arjun says that they should visit doctor one more time. He asks Karun to not tell about this to Nitya.
In the hospital, Devraj asks Nagesh about Arjun. Nagesh says that he did not find out anything. Devraj slaps Nagesh. He scolds Nagesh for being useless. He warns Nagesh to find out everything about Arjun. Nagesh says that he will find Arjun and leaves from there. Devraj says that he won’t spare Arjun.
Next day, Arjun tells thanks to Karun for agreeing to visit the hospital. He thinks that this session is important to know why Karun hates Kaashvi. Meanwhile, Nitya notices Karun forgot his tiffin box in the house. She decides to take tiffin box to school.
In the shop, Kaashvi and Meera selects saree for the latter. Meera tells Kaashvi that she feel like she found her elder sister and cries. Kaashvi hugs Meera and says that she will support the latter always. They buys Meera’s favorite color saree.
Nitya reaches the school and learns that Karun is not in the school. She wonders where Arjun took Karun. She calls Arjun but no response from other side. Arjun ignores Nitya’s call and thinks that he has to do this for Karun. Nitya thinks that Arjun took Karun to Kaashvi.
Doctor begins the session. She starts questioning Karun about Kaashvi. Nitya comes there with police. Arjun asks Nitya that what is she doing there. Nitya tries to pick Karun up. Doctor tells Nitya that session is going on. Nitya tells Arjun that she tracked his phone location. She asks Arjun that how can he do this with Karun. She says that it’s dangerous for Karun. Doctor tells Nitya that it’s not dangerous.
Nitya tells doctor that Kaashvi is murderer that’s why Karun hates Kaashvi. Doctor asks Arjun that why he did not share complete information with her. She says that they can take Karun to house. Nitya carries Karun and tells thanks to Police inspector. Kaashvi sees them and wonders what’s happening. She calls Arjun but he disconnects the call. She goes to Meera’s house. She notices that roof is going to fall on Meera.
