Episode begins with Preesha asks God that why he brought Rudraksh in front of her again when he belongs to someone else. She says that she was ready to tell the truth of Ruhi to Rudraksh but she got to know that Rudraksh married Vaijayanti. She tells herself that Rudraksh moved on in his life and she decides to leave the village forever. On the other hand, Vaijayanti asks Bunty that why he left Rudraksh alone. He tells her that it was an accident. She asks him about Preesha. He tells her that if Preesha was alive then she would not have hide from Rudraksh. He thinks that because of Preesha’s love Rudraksh is alive now.
Ruhi asks Preesha that if Rudraksh is fine. She nods at her. She stops her from meeting Rudraksh and asks to follow her instructions. Ruhi says that she loves Rudraksh so much. Preesha tells her that Rudraksh has family and they are leaving the village.
Next day, Bunty passes the medicines to Vaijayanti. He is glad that she informed Sharda about Rudraksh’s condition. He goes to Ruhi’s room and learns that Preesha left the hospital yesterday itself. Then he goes to Preesha’s house and asks her that where she is leaving. He tells her to return in Rudraksh’s life. She asks him that why he hided about Rudraksh and Vaijayanti’s marriage from her. He tells her that Rudraksh deserves to know about Ruhi. She reminds him about his promise. He tells her that Rudraksh saw her before fainting. She asks him to make Rudraksh believe that he misunderstood that day. She tells him to leave before Ruhi sees him. He leaves from there.
Later, Rudraksh wakes up. Sharda cries hugging him. He asks them about Preesha which shocks everyone. Bunty says that Preesha is no more. Rudraksh warns him to not lie. Bunty tells him that the latter saw Ruhi’s mother Priya and she is leaving the village. Rudraksh says that he don’t trust him and leaves from the hospital.
Meena asks Preesha to not leave. Preesha tells her that she can’t take risk in Ruhi’s life. Ruhi tells her that she won’t lie to her again. Preesha asks to understand her. She thinks that she don’t have any other choice. Ruhi hugs Saachi and leaves with Preesha. Rudraksh comes there and learns from Saachi that Preesha left the village. He learns from Meena that Preesha left for Shimla. Meanwhile, Vaijayanti tells Sharda that she could not become Preesha till now and now what will happen to her if Preesha is alive then. Sharda tells her that it’s a good news that Preesha is alive.
Rudraksh reaches the bus stop and searches Preesha there. He tells himself that he lost Preesha again and his heart says that Ruhi’s mother is Preesha only.

Precap – Rudraksh finds Preesha and asks her that if Ruhi is his daughter. Yuvraj tells him that Ruhi is his and Preesha’s daughter. Bunty informs Vaijayanti that Preesha is alive.
