Episode begins with Sulochana says to Mishka that Preesha won’t be able to find that how sleeping pills came in vitamins C tablets box. Mishka recalls how she informed her allies about the idea of exchanging the tablets and by this they can prove that Preesha is negligent mother. She also recalls how she exchanged the tablets. Kabir praises about Mishka to Sulochana. Mishka asks him to also reveal that how they provoked the Doctor. Yuvraj asks her that what is she saying. Kabir reveals that Doctor will give statement against Preesha and Rudraksh in the court. Yuvraj says to them now they have enough proof against Preesha and Rudraksh so it’s time to file a case for Saaransh’s custody.
Next day, Vasudha and Sharda informs Rudraksh and Preesha that they planned to go for picnic because it’s really big resort and Kids need this change now and asks them to get ready. Sulochana comes there saying that she is ready for picnic. Rudraksh asks her about Kabir and Mishka. She tells him that she didn’t saw them since morning. Rudraksh receives notice from court and shocks reading it.
Preesha also reads it and reveals that Kabir and Mishka filed case for Saaransh’s custody. Rudraksh asks them that how can Kabir do this and he won’t forgive him for this and goes to Kabir then yells at him. He was about to attack Kabir but Mishka stops him and reveals that she knows that what Kabir did and she already talked about it to Ahana and her sister told her to file a case for Saaransh’s custody because they can’t leave Saaransh with Preesha who is a negligent mother.
Mishka badmouths about Preesha. Rudraksh loses his control and was about to slap Mishka but Kabir holds his hand and warns him to not dare to do like this again. Rudraksh says to him that Preesha is his wife and he won’t tolerate a word against her. Kabir says to him that Mishka is his wife and he won’t let him behave with his wife like this. He says to him that from the time his biological son Sunny came, Rudraksh treating Saaransh as orphan and he and Preesha didn’t care about Saaransh at all.
Rudraksh says to him that the latter crossing the limits. Mishka says to him that its Preesha who crossed the limits by giving sleeping pills to Kids. Preesha tells her that Mishka knows that they were caring about Sunny because he lost his mother recently. Mishka tells her that Preesha hurted Saaransh’s emotions. Sharda tries to say something but Mishka asks her to not interfere. Kabir reveals that fast track court announced that hearing is tomorrow and they will get Saaransh’s custody legally.
Rudraksh asks Kabir that why he backstabbed him. Sulochana slaps Kabir and supports Rudraksh. She asks Kabir to withdraw the case. Kabir refuses to listen her.
