Episode begins with Armaan gives ring to Rudraksh. Devika sees that ring and tells Armaan that he brought that ring for Preesha so she can’t take that. Preesha tells her that she don’t have any problem with it and moreover Armaan brings lot of gifts for her. Rudraksh makes Devika wear the ring then she makes him wear the ring and everyone claps for the couple ( Main Tumhara song plays in the background ). Preesha goes inside to bring sweet dish and cries recalling Rudraksh and Devika’s Roka ceremony. She comes out of the kitchen and feeds sweet dish to Devika and Rudraksh then she serves sweet dish to others.
Rudraksh tries to feed to Preesha. Everyone shocks seeing that. He tells them that she is serving everyone but no one thought about her and she may think that he is still angry with her and tells Preesha that he is happy that he is going to become part of her family that too officially and feeds her. He asks her that she ignored him and pushed him away from her but now she has to see his face always so what is she going to do.
Next day, Preesha asks Devika that why the latter didn’t had breakfast yet. Devika tells her that yesterday the latter did wrong by talking about Rudraksh’s status and if the latter had any doubt then she should have talked with her and asks her to put herself in Khurana’s place. Preesha tells her that she didn’t said that to hurt anyone and she is just worried for her that’s it.
Devika tells her to not worry because Rudraksh is really loving and caring person and she is confident that he won’t hurt her and asks her to apologize to Rudraksh and his mother. Preesha tells her that she can do anything for her and she will meet Khurana’s in their mansion.
After some time, Preesha enters Khurana mansion and recalls the moments she spend there. Sulochana asks her that did she came to insult again. Preesha tells her that she came to apologize. Sulochana tells her that Rudraksh lost everything because of her and tells her to not try to snatch to his happiness now. Preesha blames her for everyone’s misery.
Sulochana pleads her to not stop this marriage and stops her from meeting Sharda saying that she won’t be able to handle the shock and goes inside. Preesha tells Rudraksh that she came to apologize for yesterday’s incident and reveals that she accepted his and Devika’s relationship and she will do all the preparations for the marriage and she will become his sister in law officially.
Later, Thakur’s and Khurana’s makes laddu together. Armaan sings song and feeds laddu to Preesha. She also feeds laddu to him. She goes to store room to get box. Rudraksh follows her and locks the door saying that he won’t open it until she tells the truth. She asks him to open the door before anyone comes. He asks her to admit that she feels jealous seeing him with Devika and his presence affects her. She tells him that his presence doesn’t affect her. He tells her that she is lying now and asks her to stop the acting. He tells her that if she admits the truth then he will cancel the marriage.
