The episode begins with Kaashvi goes to hospital temple and asks God to save Arjun. She says that she does not say but she loves Arjun so much. She takes thread and says that she will tie on Arjun’s hand. She says that it’s God responsibility to save Arjun and she goes to Arjun’s room. She ties thread on his hand who is unconscious. She tells him that he has to recover for her.
She accepts that she loves him so much and cries. She says that she stayed away from Arjun to not ruin his marriage life. She reveals that her and Aditya’s marriage is fake and she did fake drama for Karun’s sake. And says that she can’t let Karun go through the pain of living without father. She adds that she never stopped loving Arjun. Aditya gets shocked hearing this.
Kaashvi tells Arjun that she loved him since beginning and she did not come in between him and Mahima but their marriage happened ( Title song plays in the background ). Aditya says that he knew Kaashvi loves Arjun but she should not have told this to Arjun. He adds that no use of this confession because Arjun will die tonight. Nurse asks Kaashvi to bring medicine. Kaashvi leaves from there.
Aditya enters the room and tells Arjun that the latter is in this condition because Arjun went against him. He says that Arjun will die today. He wonders how he should kill Arjun. He thinks to remove oxygen mask and changes his decision. He switch off the monitor screen and decrease the oxygen supply. He hides behind the curtain after hearing Kaashvi’s voice. Arjun struggles to breathe. Kaashvi calls Nurse and asks her to examine Arjun. Nurse increases oxygen supply. She tells Kaashvi that she is glad the latter called her at right time. Aditya escapes from there.
Mahima comes there and blames Kaashvi for Arjun’s condition. Kaashvi asks Mahima to shut up. Mahima asks Kaashvi that why the latter sent Arjun to dangerous mission. Aditya comes there and says that he sent Arjun to dangerous mission. He asks Mahima to stop blaming Kaashvi. He says that Arjun is civil service officer so it’s obvious he went for dangerous mission. He adds that what happened with Arjun is just an accident. Jagadish agrees with Aditya. He says that they should pray for Arjun. Aditya thinks that everyone is there so he won’t get a chance to kill Arjun.
Karun asks Kaashvi how is Arjun. Kaashvi tells Karun that Arjun will be fine. He tells her to save Arjun because she is super. She asks him to pray to God and disconnects the call. She scolds Mahima for informing Karun about Arjun. Mahima tells Kaashvi that she know what she did. Doctor tells them that Arjun is out of danger. He says that they can meet Arjun. Everyone goes inside.
