Episode begins with Kabir’s Lawyer calls Mishka to the witness box and asks her that if Preesha is good mother. Mishka tells her that Preesha used to be good mother but not anymore. Lawyer asks her that what happened now. Mishka says to her that everything started changing slowly and nowadays Preesha neglects Saaransh and reveals about how Preesha forgot to pick up Saaransh from his friend birthday party and after that incident Saaransh totally detached from Preesha and he slept in her room.
Lawyer asks her that why Preesha’s behaviour changed towards Saaransh. Mishka tells her that it all happened because of Sunny. Lawyer asks her about Sunny. Mishka reveals that Sunny is Rudraksh’s illegitimate son, so from the time Sunny entered Rudraksh and Preesha’s life they started caring about Sunny ignoring Saaransh and she can understand them because Sunny is Rudraksh’s biological son and Saaransh is adopted son.
Other side, Saaransh asks one guy to give lift to reach the court. Sulochana stops him saying that she will take him to the court.
Yuvraj tells Judge that Preesha is very good mother and she never differentiated between Sunny and Saaransh. Lawyer tells Judge that Preesha is not good mother for Sunny too and she can prove that then calls adoption centre manager to the witness box. Manager tells her that Sunny came to her adoption centre because he didn’t want to live with his parents and later, Preesha and Rudraksh somehow convinced Sunny and take him from there.
Sulochana calls Sharda and informs her that Saaransh get to know about his custody case and he want to go to court. Sharda scolds her and asks her to not bring him to the court. Sulochana tells her that they are near the court and will reach soon. Sharda gets worried thinking how she is going to handle him.
Lawyer calls Sonia to the witness box. Sonia tells her that Rudraksh is like a God for her because he saved her from dance bar then let her stay in his house but after sometime she noticed that his behaviour changing towards her and she did album with him but for that she had to sleep with him. Rudraksh yells at Sonia and tells Judge that she is lying. Preesha asks Sonia that how can she lie like this.
Yuvraj asks Sonia that if she has any proof to prove her point. Sonia gives pendrive to Lawyer saying that she has proof. She reveals that it happened in the forest when she went to search Sunny and he even asked her to click pictures. Everyone shocks seeing Rudraksh and Sonia’s pictures. Sonia tells them that she could not able to stop him because she also liked him but later he acted like nothing happened between them that’s why she decided to expose him.
Yuvraj calls Mishka to the witness box and reveals about her pregnancy and asks her that how can she take care of Saaransh.
