Episode begins with Arjun calls Nitya and tells her about Jagadish accident. He asks her to not tell about it to Meera and Karun. He informs her that he is going to Delhi to bring medicine for Jagadish and disconnects the call. Nitya decides to go to hospital and leaves from there. Nitya and Romila stops the same cab and gets into an argument. Nitya pushes Romila and insults her. So Romila slaps Nitya. Everyone laughs seeing this. Nitya holds Romila’s hand tightly.
Police officer comes there. Nitya tells Police officer that Romila slapped her unnecessarily. Romila tells Police officer that Nitya pushed her first. Nitya tells Police officer that she want to give complain against Romila. She says that she is ex civil officer and Romila is dangerous. Police officer arrests Romila and takes her from there.
On the other hand, Nurse asks Arjun that whether he got medicine. Arjun replies to Nurse that he is coming with medicine. He asks Ambulance driver to drive fast. Driver stops the Ambulance and says that Ambulance won’t start now. Arjun gets angry hearing this. Kaashvi tells Arjun that they should find another vehicle to reach the hospital. Arjun tries to get lift but fails. Kaashvi stops the car risking her life. She tells car owner that she is pregnant and she is feeling dizzy. She asks lift. Car owner assumes Kaashvi and Arjun as couple and asks them to get in the car.
Dadi asks Police officer that why he arrested Romila. Police officer tells Dadi about Nitya’s complain. Nitya comes there. She requests Police officer to send Romila to jail. Dadi asks Nitya to stop falsely accusing Romila. She tells Nitya to withdraw the complain. Nitya tells Police officer that he saw how Dadi is threatening her in front of him.
Arjun gives the medicine to Nurse. Nurse tells Arjun that he came on right time. Arjun tells thanks to Kaashvi for helping him. Kaashvi tells Arjun that Jagadish is like her father so it’s fine. She picks Micky’s call and learns about Romila arrest. She decides to not tell about it to Arjun. She lies to him that she is going to office and leaves from there. Arjun wonders why Kaashvi lied.
Dadi and Others apologize to Nitya. Nitya says that she will withdraw the complain if Dadi washed her sandal then. She adds that Romila is responsible for her sandal’s dirt. Micky asks Nitya to not cross the limit. Dadi agrees to fulfill Nitya’s condition. She is about to clean Nitya’s sandal but Kaashvi stops the former. Kaashvi scolds Nitya and says that she will do it. She is about to clean it but Arjun stops her.

Precap – Arjun tells Nitya to apologize to Kaashvi’s family. Jagadish tells Arjun that it was not an accident. Karun learns that Meera is pregnant.
